Dear Family:

This web site is about our ancestors.   During my years of family research I have picked up stories, some that I don't remember hearing when I was young.   Those elders whom I knew as a child seemed pretty much like "every-day people" but I have learned some remarkable things about them since then!  As I think about it, just about everyone has an amazing story or two, albeit some which they are reluctant to tell.

Perhaps you've not heard all of these stories either.  I invite you to become better acquainted with these intriguing people, our ancestors, by clicking on any of the faces in the family tree below, or in the picture to the right.  As my research continues, so will additions to this site.  Do check back from time to time.  Also, let me know if you have any stories to add!
