Payment Policy
All classes must be paid in full and scheduled at the start of the first session following the trial class. 


Cash, PayPal payments, money orders or checks (made payable to Dorothy Potter) are accepted. 


Refunds: If you are not satisfied after the first class, you need not continue with me.  After the first class there are no refunds, so please be sure that you are committed to and serious about taking the classes we schedule. Classes are intended to be regular on a weekly basis with few drop-outs. See cancellation policy. 

Group fees are no longer applicable if the enrollment drops below the stated minimums.  

Scheduling Policy
Cancellations must be received by phone or email (or both) a full 48 hours previous to the class, or payment is due for the class. This is to help keep me in a good humor and able to plan my life. Time slots in my teaching schedule are limited, so if I find that you are canceling or rescheduling frequently I will have to give away your lesson time to another student.  No exceptions.
