art gallery.
The site must have a uniform appearance or "theme".
The site must have a reasonable download time, (I know we all like to
have pics of our dogs and Java script, but it should be reasonable on the
"start" page at least).
There must be no broken or missing links.
There must be no pornography, violence, or illegal activities promoted.
