MAP - Maintenance and Planning
After your success with our above programs FoodWorks still wants to help.
Many individuals will achieve some success at the onset of a diet program only to find themselves in a few months back to their old eating habits. Why is that?
First of all, most diets focus on a calorie deficit rather than on adding foods to increase the body's metabolism so it can burn fat.
Secondly, any new behavior needs time to become an established habit. Eating habits that have been practiced for years are not likely to be changed in a few months. Remember, starting is not enough -- you've got to go to the finish line. The MAP program allows you the opportunity to practice your newly acquired eating skills over a long enough period of time to become lasting.
Program includes
~8 consecutive weekly sessions - 30 minutes in length
~Sessions are 1 on 1 and a few might be over the phone
~Participation in the 10-step program
~Follow-up analysis and printout of a one week food intake
~On going evaluations and recommendations
~Capstone evaluation
~Tracking report
