Max

Bio

 Max was born 4th, about 12 minutes after Phoenix, at 12:29 am on December 17, 2001. 

He grew up with his 4 brothers and 1 sister in the kitchen whelping pen outside of Raleigh, NC.

Although he was relatively quiet before his eyes opened, he was NOT shy the minute his eyelids began to open the world to him.  If I recall correctly, he was one of the biggest newspaper chewers and really enjoyed attacking the dust broom!

Not being overly creative, and trying not to love him too much, we called the little guy "purple" after the color of his first collar.  Not giving him and his brothers real names was supposed to make it easier to send him to his new home.  By the way, it didn't seem to work.

Max moved into a house with two other dogs.  And we can say from experience that only when you mix Vizslas with other dog breeds do you really see how silly that Vizslas are.  Andy wishes you good luck, lots of good luck!

From the current photos we have received, Max has another one of the popular Vizsla traits (one shared with his mother Maggie), he seems to love to lift his brows and cock his head to the side for most photos...cute isn't it?
