At Shoreline Marina tucked up the cove on Becky's Creek, Virginia Breeze is in a relaxing but active setting 15 minutes from Bridgewater Plaza, the hub of lake activity, by lake or by land. 10 minutes from Westlake Corner makes it convenient to grocery stores and many other types of shops.

Virginia Breeze features 4 separate sleeping areas. The master and "guest" bedrooms on the upper level are both furnished with plush queen beds. 1 room on the lower level is furnished with 1 double and 3 twins in bunks; while a second room is furnished with 1 double and 1 twin in bunks. A double futon with 8" inner spring mattress in the rec room brings sleeping capacity to 14. There are 2 full baths with tubs on the upper level and 1 full bath with shower on the lower level. A large washer/dryer is hidden away in the kitchen.

On the upper level, enjoy a livingroom with fireplace furnished with comfy sofa and chair, 27" TV, 5-disc CD/DVD home theater system, and VCR for entertainment. The indoor dining area will seat 8. Or you can enjoy sunrise coffee on the south-facing deck at the patio table for 6, or grilling out on the gas grill in the evening shade. A fully-equipped and well-stocked kitchen should provide all you need to easily prepare and serve a party of up to 24 -- if you dare!

In the large rec room on the lower level, you'll find a regulation 7' slate-top pool table with ample room to shoot, a foosball table, and a 32" TV with 5-disc CD/DVD home theater system, and VCR for group movie watching. A card table for a hand of bridge, canasta, or rummy is stashed in the closet, as well as an electric ice cream maker to churn your own batch of homemade ice cream.

If you like to read, listen to music, or watch movies, it's probable that you'll find something to your liking in the extensive Virginia Breeze entertainment library of 30+ books, 100+ movies, and 90+ music CDs.

Also for free use by guests of Virginia Breeze are the condo pool (open from Memorial Day through Labor Day), tennis and basketball courts, and a 20' boat slip. A free boat launch is available on-site at the marina. Boat trailer parking is nearby for the cost of $10 per week. The Westlake public golf course is 10 minutes away, or try a guided horseback trail ride 30 minutes southeast at Smith Mountain Farm & Stables.

If activities at the condo and at the lake aren't enough to occupy your entire week, you're just 30 miles from access to all the gorgeous scenery and interesting nooks and crannies along the Blue Ridge Parkway. In addition, the friendly city of Roanoke is only 25 miles away via the scenic Windy Gap Mountain route. Here you'll find a variety of restaurants, shows at the Civic Center, and plenty of shopping opportunties.
