How to use YOUR Personalized Order Status page to Check on Your Order

As part of our continued service to our customers, we have provided you with your own Personalized Order Page (POP). You can use your personalized order page (POP) to check on your order status at any time. You can: check whether your order has been received verify your order details ascertain payment status for telephone or mail orders discover where your order is in the order process find out what is happening to your order learn of anticipated shipment see exactly when it was shipped obtain your shipping tracking number to track its delivery to you Print your order details This way, you will not have to wait to find out all you need to know about your order. Its easy! Its personal! Its automatic and you can check any time at your convenience! Not sure how? Read below!

1. Obtain your order number from your email receipt

After placing your order from the shopping cart, you will be directed to a receipt page. Please print or make note of the information on your receipt. You will also receive an automatic receipt by email. PLEASE read the important information on your email receipt, so that you can check on your order status properly. (AOL users can not receive this email receipt, due to the fact that AOL will not deliver automated emails from a root server sent to their users. This is an AOL problem, thus AOL users will have to make note of the information from the web receipt page, or print their receipt.)

There will be two different numbers on your email receipt; an order number and a customer number. These can be similar numbers, so you will need to make sure you use your ORDER number.


2. Enter your order number in the form below

After entering your order number, the form will return your personalized order page (POP). Any and all available information regarding your order and its status, including shipping and tracking information, will be available on your own order page. Please see below for definitions of the order status notes.


3. If your order has shipped, you can use your shipping number to track your shipment

When your order ships, get your shipping, tracking and confirmation number from your personal order page. Using this number, you can track your shipment at The USPostal Service or UnitedParcel Service websites. Make sure you check which shipper you selected, so that your information can be found on the right website. Now you know when your order shipped, where it is along the way, and see if there were any attempts at delivery.

ALL of our domestic orders will have a shipping tracking and confirmation number, and can track their order shipment. International orders will have an insurance number only, and thus can not be tracked by these means.

To check the status of your order, enter the Order Number found on your receipt and click on the Continue button. Order Number:

What does your order 'status' mean?

• Received Our automated shopping cart receives your online order.
• Pending Payment Verification Your order is pending verification until payment is confirmed. Credit card details will be confirmed to assure against fraud, and mail or other non-credit card orders wait for confirmation or clearance.
• In Process We have retrieved your order from the shopping cart system after final payment verification and fraud prevention measures, and we are processing your order. An order 'in process' goes through several stages. The order slip is printed, reviewed, and placed in queue. Once your order is reached in queue, then your order is assembled. Depending upon the items you've ordered, more than one person may contribute to assembling your order. Your order may also require final quality control or safety checks, or custom fitting. Any notes regarding completion of your order will be found on your POP during this stage
• Awaiting Shipment After processing, and after quality control and safety checks, an order is packaged. It may require special packaging or handling. Once packaged, it awaits a shipping date
• Shipped On the business day your order is shipped, the order status will be upgraded to 'shipped.' Any tracking information will be available at that time. Our status may show your order has shipped, before the shipper has upgraded their own tracking information, so please check back with the shipper's website. Delivery time will be dependent upon your choice of delivery and destination. If this is an international order, please see our webpage regarding international order estimated delivery times.
• Completed Confirmation that you've received your order. Please let us know when it arrives to you safely!
