We ship anywhere in the world, and are very pleased to be able to continously offer our wands and other items to so many countries. But there are a few things that customers outside the USA need to be aware of.

Shipping
Because of the weight, size and insurance needs of our wand kits, we send all our packages through the US Postal Service
We have had excellent, consistent service from our international shipping, with 99% of all our items arriving intact and on time.
It is estimated that surface mail can take 4-6 weeks for delivery to Europe, and up to 3 months
for delivery to Australia and New Zealand
Air mail delivery takes 4-14 days depending upon your location.
Please keep in mind that this estimated delivery time by the shipping carrier, is in addition to our order processing time here at E.E.
We will provide you an estimated time of delivery based upon information provided from the US Postal Service. This is NOT a guarantee, but it is the best information that we can provide. Keep in mind that weather, transportation strikes, customs, and heightened
security all over the world, may cause unanticipated delays which can not be foreseen.
The US Postal Service can provide precise tracking only until the items are placed on a commercial air carrier for the destination country.
30 days after the expected date of arrival of your order, the US Postal service will allow us to submit a tracking form. This ensures that there has been sufficient time for your item to be delivered.
For example, on our larger kits, surface mail to the UK is about $30, while airmail is about $75.00USD.
UPS service is available on our wand kits, but the cost is prohibitive. For example, a 10 pound wand package insured for US 500 dollars to Austria is almost $300 in shipping costs through UPS. Therefore, we do not offer it in the shopping cart, but will do so by special request.
Shipping costs do not cover customs, duty or import fees or taxes, but only cover the cost of shipping carrier, order handling and insurance to the destination country. The customer is responsible for any customs, duty or import fees or taxes levied by the country in question.
Currents and plugs
Unless noted, our wands operate on US 110v current and have US plugs. All of them are able to be used anywhere in the world safely and with full function, by purchasing the appropriate converter
for your country's voltage. This comes with a free plug end adaptor as well. You can make the purchase below, and when you do so, please include your country's voltage information in the NOTES section of the payment form. Otherwise, your delivery address will be used to determine
which converter to send

We often have wands made especially for European currents and plugs. When these are available, they will be in our "Original Kits" section
Our UK Universal Lightbulb adaptor set needs no modification for the UK, and is ready to use as-is. Other countries using Edison base (screw-in bases) are also able to utilize the UK adaptor set
Ordering
We take credit cards in our shopping cart. For telephone or snail mail orders, complete your shopping cart purchase and follow instructions after checkout.
We also accept direct bank wire transfers, personal checks, bank checks and money orders. Personal checks are required to clear before the item is sent. Complete a shopping cart order and choose 'mail' for bank transfers, checks or money orders.
Customer Service
We aim to provide the same high level of service to our international customers as we do for our customers in the US. Therefore, all email correspondence will be sent in both English translation and in your preferred language. If you prefer to email in Spanish, German, French, Portugese or Italian, it is NO problem. (Though we do
better with French and German!)
We realize that repairs and servicing to wands is a bit problematic to have to send them back to the USA. But we have certified Eclectic Electric repair persons in Europe, the UK, or Australia! You are covered with lifetime repair services anywhere in the world!
