Ordering and Shipping Outside the United States

What happens to your order once you place it? First, the credit card transaction must process. Then we process your order in our facility. Once we process your order, it awaits a shipping date. The order process in our facility can take 7-14 days.

For shipping, we use the United States Postal Service to ship all packages outside of the United States. We use the United States Postal Service for its superior service at a great savings over other carriers for the same weight, insurance and delivery times. The USPS costs 1/2 as much as its next closest competitor, thus resulting in substantial savings to you, the consumer. We trust the USPS to take care of our sensitive equipment in shipping.

Your package goes through many steps to be delivered to you. It can be handled by the US Postal Service, by private airline carrier, by security in the US and destination country, by Customs in the destination country, and by the destination country's mail service. While this process ideally takes 4-12 days (estimated) there can be unforeseen delays in ground or air transportation, security, customs, and mail services; thus, please allow your package plenty of time to arrive.


What Happens with an International Order
7-14 days

You place your order	Your credit card is debited by your card issuing bank	Your credit card issuing bank transfers the funds to our credit card processing bank	It can take several days for the funds to transfer from an overseas bank
We might need additional information from you so the transaction can complete properly	Our bank receives transfer of the funds from your credit card	We print out your order to start processing, and your order is placed in queue	When we reach your order in queue, we assemble your order
Everything gets tested and checked one more time	We package your order	Your order awaits our next ship date (1 per week)	Your order is ready to ship!

What Happens in Shipping an International Order
7-14 days

Your package leaves our facility	It arrives at a local post office	From the post office, your package is trucked to an International airport in the US	Your package goes through security at the airport
Once passed, your package awaits a flight headed to your destination country	When there is an available flight, your package gets on a plane to your destination country	Your package takes a plane ride out of the US	Your package arrives at an airport in your destination country
Your package must go through customs screening upon arrival	It might go through security screening again	Your package might take another plane ride within your destination country	Your package arrives at your country's mail service
It might go through security screening again	Your package is enroute to you by your country's mail service	Your package arrives to you	You may have to pay Import, VAT or duty taxes
