Help! My Wand Won't Work!
Like all electrical devices, violet wands can experience problems, especially if you use them heavily. Sooner or later a part will wear out, burn out, or fall off. If you bought your wand from us, you have lifetime repair services as part of your warranty. We have repair persons in the US, UK, Australia and Europe to serve our international customers as well.
We wish that we would be able to repair wands for everyone, but we simply are not able. In order
to keep personalized attention for our customers, we can only provide service to those people who purchase their wands from us. If you purchased your wand somewhere else, please see your original seller, or your wand's original distributor or manufacturer for warranty and repair information. If your retailer, dealer, manufacturer or distributor doesn't provide repairs, or can't give you contact information for repairs, ask them why not.
They should be able to service what they sell. Please don't ask us to do it for them.
Vintage kits: We're sorry, but we can not provide any type of support or information for repairs in repairing old wands. In our opinion, there are only a handful of people in the US who have sufficient understanding of what's involved, and are qualified to do so safely. Attempting to perform any work on a vintage or antique violet wand must be at your own risk, and we thus can not provide any assistance to you.
