However, if you received a confirmation email "Receipt for your payment", then YES, we received your order and that email receipt serves as your order confirmation. If there is a problem with your order, we will contact you.

If you have a request for servicing or repair use the appropriate email address above that corresponds to your date of order, as the two sets of record are separate.
Include your original order number and the name that you filled out on your warranty card when you mailed it to us. We're sorry, but if you did not file your warranty with us, your repairs and service are not covered.

Are you unable to locate your order number in our database when you search on it? We experienced database errors for part of 2007 and some order information in our old system was destroyed.
