I recieved the wand ...thank you very much. This one is working the way it
should and I am sure I will get much pleasure from it. I do own several

My wand arrived today ! It works great. I haven't tried it with all the
gizmos that were included, but everything I have used works fine. It's
got quite a kick to it ! Much stronger then my Master Violet
...I've been testing bulbs. We LOVE the santa bulb !!!!!
I also like that one of the wands glows blue, I've heard of those, but
never seen it in person...

safely, last week.
Due to past experiences, I personally have little faith in our postal
system but you did such a fabulous job packing it for safe delivery, I
doubt even the postal service could have harmed it!

impressed with the way it was packaged. I opened it only to check for
breakage, and it appears fine. It was purchased for a friend of mine as

arrived.... Also I did not get the name of the one who
does repairs in the event I would need to have it repaired. Also would you
forward to me the instructions for branding and any other procedures you may
send to others. I do branding myself with a wand, but am curious as to how
the two methods differ and are similar.

Ray wand for me Item #016. Just this morning I finally got paypal to work
properly and purchased the wand on my credit card. I would ask, if possible,
that the wand be shipped in a "plain brown wrapper" so to speak, since I do
have a 7 year old running around the house.
