The Power Probe(tm) attachment can be used in two ways. For indirect use, metal electrodes are much stronger than the glass electrodes. Insert the Power Probe into your violet wand, and hold onto it with one of your hands.
Your touch is now electrified. With your other hand you can touch your partner, or use other conductive tools such as our Wartenberg wheels, Fingertip Talons or Mylar Floggers.
For direct use, insert the Power Probe into the wand. Use it to touch your partner directly. This will provide the strongest electrical charge possible from a violet wand. This type of usage is not for everyone,
but it can be incredibly intense. The probe used in this way has the strongest intensity of any violet wand electrode. On our rating system for rating violet wand electrodes on a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the strongest, we rate the mushroom electrodes a '3'.
The metal power probes are rated '10'.
IMPORTANT: Using the metal probe removes one of the wand safety features that is provided by using a glass electrode. While wands do have other safety features, you should use the metal probes only with violet wands in good condition. If you are unsure of the condition of your wand,
you can purchase a Ground Fault Circuit Interrupter (available at hardware stores or on this site) to replace the additional element of safety.
