United Kingdom Lightbulb Adaptor

Our Universal Lightbulb Adaptor, now for the UK! For UK currents and lightbulbs, 220v or 110v wands. Manufactured by the makers of the Lightning Rod, this device will adapt ANY standard-base (screw-in) UK lightbulb for use as a violet wand electrode. It will also accept a Bayonet bulb adaptor that is available in the UK, so that your possibilities become limitless.

Using the same exclusive manufacturing process, this lightbulb adaptor will SAFELY adapt any UK lightbulb for use as a violet wand electrode. Like our US adaptor sets, these are heavy enough to counter-balance the weight of your wand, with solid construction. They are also custom-fitted to your model of violet wand to eliminate electrical leakage or poor electrical contact.

Some adaptors by other manufacturers are safe to use only with certain specific lightbulbs that come with them. Or with others, you will get little color or no color at all. Then you can not achieve neon red or other simulations of vintage electrodes, complete with sparks and shocks.

Since violet wands are incredibly versatile toys, you are limited only by your imagination in discovering the many, many ways to use them. It is nearly impossible to find neon red electrodes, but now they are now as close as your hardware or lighting store. As electrodes which are no longer manufactured become more rare, you can still maintain the incredible versatility with your violet wand through use of this adaptor set. This adaptor set doesn't just light up lightbulbs! Since it turns lightbulbs into violet wand electrodes, yes, you still get the sparks and shocks and other sensations. You can experiment with all the different results and create your own electrode kit. Different types of bulbs produce different types of sensations and strengths of violet wand spark. See some of our examples below. Imagine the red flicker bulb used in violetwand fireplay, or stroking a halogen bulb, which can feel like a burn, on a blindfolded bottom.

This Adaptor does not come with the smaller bulb insert. Bayonet bulb inserts must be purchased in the UK, and are readily available. (Below are glow photos of some of the above bulbs in use. Lightbulbs not included.)

	Clear vapor bulb. This is the larger of the two clear round bulbs shown above.
	Flicker bulbs glow red. The intensity from this lightbulb is higher than the standard round bulbs, both because of the metal flanges inside the bulb and the candelabra tip, which concentrates the charge.
	Blue-burning halogen bulb. This one is wicked. Not only does it create a ton of sparks along the filaments that transmit to the skin, they certainly sting.

When screw or bayonet UK lightbulbs are used with this adaptor set, the sensation from the electrical charge remains the same as with original violet wand electrodes. Enclose a notation with your payment or email advising us of your make and model of violet wand so the proper adaptor set may be sent to you promptly. If you don't know the make and model, we will advise you how to measure for proper fit.
