About Me
The Soldier/POW-MIA

To our friends outside the USA: this area of the site has nothing to do with political concerns.  This has nothing to do with which side was right in what war.  This is about soldiers.   Soldiers with hopes, dreams and ambitions, just like everyone else.  Soldiers who simply do their job -- a very dangerous job.

It is my profound wish that families and friends of soldiers who are prisoners of war or missing in action will never give up hope, never be discouraged, and remain positive that their loved ones will eventually come home.  I believe that these soldiers must not be forgotten; to this end, I fully support Operation Just Cause, and I encourage you to visit their web site and find out more.

The virtual MIA bracelet below will remain on the Internet Beacon until the soldier named on it has returned to his family.  Click here or on the bracelet to read his story.

POW/MIA -- You Are Not Forgotten

"Most of the important things in the world have been accomplished by people who kept on trying when there seemed to be no hope at all."
