With the front portion painted white and the back portion painted a weathered brick this makes for two neat buildings.  I prefer placing buildings on angles, whenever possible, to reduce excessive parallel lines on the layout

The turntable is sited and runs but the yard has a long way to go.  This area is at least six months from being worked on.  The roundhouse is made by Piko.  Just have to install the bay doors and it will be completed.

All this needs is a stone foundation, stairs to the door and this Ertl kit is ready for business.
