Ten is a very exciting addition to my household.  He was imported from Mawlch Kennel (Alen Marekovic), on September 30th.   His pedigree provides a strong combination of top agility lines as well as top herding lines.   

 

Ten's father is a young and very exciting agility dog owned by Matilde Caprino named Buio.  Buio was sired by Matilda's Italian agility champion T-Blue, who is a brother to Frederic Durand's Tao and Olivier Adyns' 2002 Agility World Champion Onyx Red.  T'Blue's Sire was Patrick Servais' 2000 World Vice Champion Magic.  Buios' Dam is Llangwm Valery who was sired by Aled Owen's Bob. 

 

Ten's mother is Mawlch Syl.  Syl's littermate competed at the 2009 FCI Agility Championships for Croatia.  Syl's mother is Llangwm Mossie, who is a daughter of Aled Owen's Bob and a Grand-daughter of Aled Owen's Roy (ISDS 200199). 

 

Ten is a very happy, bold and confident puppy.  He is quick to explore new surroundings, and so far has taken everything in stride.  He is very food and toy motivated, and plays tug as good as any mal his age.  

 

Ten's future will be in agility and herding.  My primary focus will always be agility, however, I have found a great herding trainer and am now thoroughly enjoying having the dogs do what they are bred to do.   I can hardly wait to see what the future bring with Ten.
