Now what could be more charming than a biplane with a banner proudly proclaiming your locale? Banner biplanes are a very popular subject of floaty pens. They provide the opportunity to quietly glide in front of some of the USA's most beautiful scenery. Biplanes with banners must be an American thing, for I have yet to see one from anywhere else.
