America has government of the lawyers, by the lawyers, and for the lawyers!

There are no, good lawyers, only bad Judges.

It is simple, you are born with all rights and only government can take them away!

The following are my ideas of restrictions that should be placed on all governments. As I think of more I'll add them!

1. Government does not have the right to kill any person!

2. Sticks and stones will break my bones but names will never hurt me! (Also known as free speech or take some responsibility when someone yells FIRE, and you don't smell smoke.)

3. Government cannot endorse or participate in any religion!

4. Government cannot establish Crystal Ball laws! (Also known as: "If you keep doing that you'll put your eye out!)

5. Government cannot establish a cast system giving a select person more protection or privilege! This includes titles such as: Officer, Honorable, etc.

6. Government cannot establish a tracking system for individuals, groups, or property! This includes the assignment of numbers or other identifiers for any purpose! (See #4 above.)

7. Government cannot establish notions of Good or Evil ! (This includes determining which products to regulate or license.)

8. Government cannot seize property for any reason!

9. Government cannot search or otherwise intrude (electronically or by agent) on a person's property, premise, or vehicle!

10. Government cannot authorize anyone or group to charge more than 10 per cent per annum simple interest!

11. Government cannot authorize anyone or group to charge for parking!
