Here is my rant for Survivor. I just watched the end of Survivor in the Amazon. I usually do not watch commercial television, however, I started watching this survivor from the day it started. I thought it was a very entertaining show, especially the fact that Rob kept us all intrigued. Now for the pathetic ending and why it upset me so much. The winner of the show was a person who reflects the society at large. It is not important to work hard any more or accept others regardless of looks. No! It is more important to look good while criticizing others who, by accident of birth are not this society's ideal.
It is a sad commentary, that after all of the arrogant, abusive, and condescending treatment, the jury members rewarded Jenna with $1,000,000.00.
The real handicapped person in this society is the person who does not qualify for an MTV video.
How Sad!
