Warren Torns, PCSO Music Director
and
Ulli Reiner, PC Symphonette Conductor

"Our mission is to make classical symphonic music accessible to fellow performers and to audiences of Poway and its surrounding areas."

Offered through the Poway Unified School District Adult Education Department, our symphony orchestra, created in 2004 by orchestra founder, concertmaster and manager, Ulli Reiner, includes community members, high school students, music educators and professional musicians. Rehearsals are on Monday evenings and will be held at Mt. Carmel High School, located at 9550 Carmel Mt. Rd. in Rancho Penasquitos. Performances for the PCSO take place in the Poway Center for the Performing Arts located on the campus of Poway High School on Titan Way in North Poway.  Performances for the Poway Community Symphonette, a chamber orchestra created in January of 2009 for the musician that desires the smaller ensemble experience, take place at the Lutheran Church of the Incarnation located on Espola Rd in Poway.

All prospective and continuing orchestra members must register for the class each term.  Registration information is located on the page "General Information" or on the link below.
