I do not have a phone in my workshop to avoid having someone calling me during a delicate job on your instrument.
My wife, Joanie often answers the phone and can answer many questions.
We also have an answering machine.

Email is the very best way to contact me. I generally respond within a few days and often within a few hours.
If for any reason, I have not responded in a timely manner, please try again. Although we do occasionally take vacations, they are rarely long.
Workhop Hours: I generally work most days from ~9AM-6PM with a long lunch break. I do not have a retail space with "store hours".
Customers often like to visit my workshop to play my demo models, see inlays or wood, discuss details or have an instrument repaired.
