Rev. Rossing is the author of The Rapture Exposed:  The Message of Hope in Revelation, and will deliver a series of four talks critically examining the scriptural basis for the popular notion that there will soon be a "Rapture" of believers, immediately prior to the End Times.

The cost is $40 for the weekend, including a meal.

Logos

Finally!  A Bible study for critical thinkers.  Rather than the classic devotional Bible study with which we're all familiar, Logos explores the Gospels and Paul's letters to see how the various authors agree and disagree with one another, in order to gain insight into the diversity of belief within early Christianity, the debates that took place within that diversity, and how the Church formed its doctrines out of those debates.

Logos will meet at the UNI Wesley Center at 2422 College Street, across from the President's mansion, every Wednesday afternoon at 3 PM.  There is no text required.  All Gospel readings will be distributed via email prior to each meeting.
