Opening Message for New Years Day 2009!
Dear Ones,
2009 will be a year of completion for the duality energies.
And as such there will most likely be opportunities for you to empower yourself in a way that frees you from what still remains
of the “duality game”. Can this look like challenge… perhaps… Or it could look like an opportunity
to “spread your wings”! All things come down to the simplicity of making a choice!

2009 ~ A YEAR WHICH PROMISES INCREDIBLE
OPPORTUNITIES!

We gather together in the Light of Love and Oneness.
Welcome Dearest Ones, Welcome! It is our Passion,
Our Joy and Divine Intention to reunite with Spiritual Family here each month.
It is with our Greatest Love that we come in this day to
bring forward another message for your discernment and enjoyment. It is always our intention to provide you with information
to support your journey of awakening.
We invite you all now to get comfortable and close your
eyes as we invite you to enter into The Temple of The Sacred Heart, Your “Still Point” within your Being.
We invite you to take a few deep breaths here now. The Breath
is always how we welcome in the energies for the day as we invite all to open your hearts in the Light of Love as you begin
to settle into the stillness and Peace as you each begin to breathe in deeply and fully.
Breathe down through the crown, down through the Pineal,
and down into your Heart Center, breathe in once again and then bring the breath all the way down deep into your bellies.
Breathe in deeply and breathe out fully, breathe in deeply
and breathe out fully, allow your body’s to settle into your chairs as you now relax. Allow your minds to become quiet
and still and just breathe as you leave the outside world behind. Breathe into the Center which is you, breathe into
the Love that is You.
Continue breathing deeply and as you release the breath
fully, allow yourself to clear away the energies of the everyday world, with each breath allow all concerns and cares to be

The breath will always clear your energy bodies of any residue
remaining in the “Shadow areas of your mind”. Remember Dear Friends, your daily experiences are a reflection
of your own consciousness. Any and all reflections which deny your Divinity can be transformed in one breath as you
CHOOSE to no longer claim any limited versions of you into your reality, you are now claiming the TRUTH of Who You Are! Simply

THE CURRENT ENERGIES AND INFLUENCES
Some of what we will share may sound or feel familiar as
we have mentioned these basic Truths many times, many ways. We recognize the importance of expressing these fundamental Truths
as often as necessary until they are integrated and fully owned. In Truth it is all quite simple!
We have set “a tone” here for you with great
intent for you to connect with your own inner peace and center. It is from this place that we invite you to travel throughout
all of your journeys for this coming year. We invite you to remember the power of the breath to transform as you move through
each day. As you use the Prana breath you internalize greater levels of Light into your body providing the fuel which is the
essence of your being. This Light can be used to transform, it can be used to nourish your cells, it is the Elixir of Life
itself and it’s usefulness is unlimited.
During the month of January the energies may feel as though
they slow down a little the last 3 weeks of the month as Mercury retrograde sets the tone to rethink your priorities for the
year. The Light will remain steady and constant as it resonates high with heart energy. Stay focused within your
hearts and right brain functions as you rethink what holds most value in your worlds.
2009 will continue to offer more of the See-Saw affect,
the swinging of the pendulum, or Yin-Yang energies as you draw closer to the completion of the duality energies. 2009
~ the 2 represents duality and the 9 represents completion, while together they add up to an 11, which again adds to a 2.
The 11 of course represent a master number, or mastery and so the end of the duality cycle is to be mastered this year!
How do YOU accomplish this? This is to be accomplished through
each and every one of you, FOR YOU! We still hear the thoughts of many of you still saying … but how? The
how of it is to stand firm and claim your Divine Heritage. Apply your Sovereignty through the Power of Conscious Choice!
Take responsibility for the reality in which you are living and experiencing, You are the Creator!
As you empower yourself through the “Power of Conscious
Choice” all will begin to flow more smoothly. You also have more support then ever before from the Spirit world.
Remember to ASK for what you need and watch as the synchronicities align to support you with GREATER EASE THAN EVER BEFORE!
Going Deep into your practice of applying the “Conscious
Observer” or “Witness” Aspect of self will be a priceless tool! Using this aspect of your being will
allow you to step through the challenges and transform them instantly. Be willing to look for the “Gifts”
in each challenge. Ask to be shown the Gifts, and then listen, this will help to set you free from the past.
COMPLETE ALL THAT IS UNFINISHED!
Making choices will be your most powerful
tool this year!
The process of integrating aspects of the self from past
lives will continue. If you experience the return of some old patterns of fear or doubt, or perhaps anger, simply recognize
this is the last of the fragments of self returning home to become joined with “the whole” that you are becoming.
Welcome them back with Love into your heart as you surrender all judgment of self and simply LOVE YOU… all of you, all
expressions of you…. Breathe them into your heart, hold them with compassion and then CONSCIOUSLY CHOOSE TO SURRENDER
THE OLD ENERGIES… BREATHE THEM OUT AND CLAIM THE FREEDOM YOU KNOW IS YOURS FROM THESE OLD ENERGY PATTERNS OF BELIEF
AND BEHAVIOR…. They are no longer you! Yes, they have been integrated into your wholeness through the purification
within your heart-center.
On the other hand you will be integrating Aspects of your
Soul as well, these will be experienced as large shifts of energy as you continue to open your hearts melting away all of
the old barriers. You may feel like crying suddenly without knowing why… it is the home-coming of the Soul as
well.
Tears can also represent the clearing of old layers or fragments
of grief, tune into your feelings and you may recognize the energy as the incredible energy of Reunification, or simply the
clearing away of old remnants of grief. This is a very important part of your integration process as Aspects of your
Soul arrive. Your body needs these higher frequencies from your Soul Aspects to be integrated as they serve to strengthen
your physical ability to hold the higher frequencies which continue to arrive from the Waves of Light that roll in with each
New Cycle of ever increasing light.
During these energetic shifts you may feel more tired than
usual, be gentle with yourselves and remember to nurture your bodies. One of the most important “therapies”
you can practice to support your body through these changes is to remember to BREATHE, BREATHE, BREATHE! Breathing down
through the crown chakra, for the Prana type of breath replenishes and fuels the body with more light particles. These
“light particles” are VITAL to your body’s ability to make it through these huge changes.
Eating healthy food, drinking pure water and practicing
good health habits are of course also of tremendous value, and of course Blessing all that you place into your body is one
of the best ways to neutralize some of the non-beneficial ingredients you may consume.
All that is in need of resolution will surface this year,
be ready to allow the balancing of ALL ENERGIES. This applies to Mother Earth, to old systems, to all that is connected
to duality.
We suggest that it would be wise to keep certain items on
hand, such as extra drinking water, batteries, candles along with simple yet healthy food items as there is a potential for
weather and power disruptions in certain areas around the globe.
THE BEAUTIFUL GIFT IN ALL OF THIS IS… NOW IS THE PERFECT
TIME TO CLAIM YOUR SOVEREINTY AND GET OUT THERE AND DO WHAT YOU HAVE ALWAYS WANTED TO DO. NOW MORE THAN EVER WILL YOU
BE ABLE TO BRING THROUGH AND INITIATE ALL YOUR DESIRES INTO REALITY. THE NEW ENERGIES ARE MORE AND MORE AVAILABLE WITH
EVERY WAVE OF LIGHT! YOU ARE CO-CREATORS… NOW IS THE TIME TO CREATE!
CHOOSE YOUR REALITY
We know you all have heard of how you are multi-dimensional
beings, and of course the concept is multi-faceted. What we wish to address in this now moment is the point of realizing
that you can shift your reality in any given moment through the Power of Conscious Choice.
Dimensions are not layered one on top of another; they are
intermingled and blend, or overlap each other. If you step to one side you have just brushed up against a conjoining dimensional
reality, this is also true if you step to the other side, or forward or backward. You can stand still and take a deep breath
and shift into another dimensional reality. You have to but think the thought and choose to shift and it is done!
During 2009 we suggest that this will be a most valuable
tool to Master in your daily lives. In any given moment YOU CAN change the reality you are about to experience.
This tool can be used to end any “old energy”
patterns you no longer wish to experience. Simply by recognizing you are about to cycle back around in another “pattern
of duality”, and that you no longer wish to be your experience, you can, in that NOW moment choose a different reality.
Learn to Master those moments that are “emotionally charged with negative energy” for they only lead to chaotic
energy experiences, choose to change it in that NOW moment, and it is yours.
NOW IS THE TIME TO REALLY “GET IT”
This year promises to be a most powerful year for ALL people!
This year will “set the tone” for the remainder of your Journey into the New Energies of the Ascension Experience.
We invite you to be AUTHENTIC at ALL TIMES. We invite
you to make choices CONSCIOUSLY AND POWERFULLY! We suggest that NOW is the time to Honor You and CLAIM THE TRUTH OF
WHO YOU ARE!

One of the most Critical Points of Truth to understand
is written in the Bible in
Chapter 1 Verses 26-27
26: “And God said, Let us make man in our image, after our
likeness: and let them have dominion over the fish of the sea, and over the fowl of the air and over the cattle, and over
all the earth, and over every creeping thing that creepeth upon the earth.
27: And God blessed them, and God said unto
them, Be fruitful, and multiply, and replenish the earth, and subdue it: and have dominion over the fish of the sea, and over
the fowl of the air, and over every living thing that moveth upon the earth.”
The biggest point to understand from these Verses is that
you are a Child of God, an Individualized Expression of God … made in his/her image and likeness… Therefore being
God Incarnate!
Your birthright as a child of God is that you were given
DOMINION over ALL living things upon the Earth! (Especially over yourself!)
Synonyms for the word DOMINION are:
- SUPREME ATHORITY
- ABSOLUTE OWNERSHIP
- SOVEREINTY
Please recall the saying from the Bible; “God
helps those who help themselves.”
What this means is that God helps those who:
USE
the POWER OF THEIR DIVINE INHERITANCE OF DOMINION AND OF FREE WILL CHOICE.
Each child of God is given the Power to Choose what becomes
manifest in his/her world through the Gift of having Dominion Over This World and Free Will or The Power of Conscious Choice.
The CLARITY of THIS ABSOLUTE TRUTH has been obscured
by the many public figures in the Political and Religious structures throughout recorded history to control the masses!
This time in the journey of Ascension is about stripping
away the limitations that have been placed upon the human consciousness by these historical figures whose intentions were
to secure their own power and positions of influence… and so now is the time to remember the real TRUTH OF YOUR DIVINE
HERITAGE AND BIRTHRIGHTS!
GOD DOES NOT MAKE MISTAKES….
It is the veiled consciousness of humans run by the human
ego who are trapped by fear and ignorance having forgotten the Truth of Who They Are that has imprisoned humanity in the conditions
of limitation.
HELP YOURSELF…. By choosing to CLAIM YOUR DIVINE BIRTHRIGHT
AND DOMINION! Empower yourself by choosing this awakening to your own Truth of Being!
Having made this choice to HELP YOURSELF, we invite you
to CLAIM YOUR DOMINION BY USING THE POWER OF THE SPOKEN WORD TO DECLARE THAT WHICH YOU CLAIM TO BE SO IN YOUR
WORLD! The frequency within the vocal chords reverberate these thoughts and feelings into the world of form and become so.
Some of you will be facing the most difficult choices you
have ever faced this year. It is within your Power to choose to end the cycles of Being the Victim. The only reason
for the cyclic pattern of being the victim is the many layers of programming you have experienced over the many lifetimes
of ignorance generated fear. Are you ready to choose to be DONE with this Old Energy Pattern? It is in your power to
choose to very simply AND emphatically DECLARE!
THIS IS NOT MY REALITY! And God’s response
is ALWAYS …. AND SO IT IS!!!
Then EMPHATICALLY DECLARE what you choose to be your Reality,

Now is the time for those of you who continue to feel unclear
as to your direction to break through your fear and doubt, for it is this fear and doubt that shackles your conscious mind
and freezes you into a state of stifled restriction.
Recall our messages of “The Realm of Thought”
where we described to you how your Life is a “movie” that YOU are projecting.
It is your very thoughts that are being played out on the
“screen of your life”. We invite you to stop… shift to your Observer Self and focus long enough for
you to recognize where you still judge, where you still harbor resentment, and where you are still frozen in fear.
The only way to free yourself from this cycle is to
recognize what is being communicated to you as you observe. What is it that you can understand about yourself? Once you make
the realization available as you observe, then forgive yourself, release all judgment and choose to love yourself wholly and
completely! The next step is then to choose to shift the way you are holding onto the past and the limited perceptions of
self attached to the past.
Now is the time to choose a new perception of YOU! Open to
the True Perception of your Real Nature, only you can claim this for you. Are you ready to give up the “old perceptions”
of who you are once and for all?
THE CURRENT ENERGIES AND INFLUENCES
The energies have been powerful indeed over this last month.
Many opportunities have been presenting themselves and many of you have found that not all of the doorways have been the right
doorway.
Most of you have faced major decisions in the world of relationships,
both business and personal. Now more then ever listening within will serve you in making the choices which will direct
you toward the highest outcomes. Learning to Trust your own knowing is imperative during these times.
Many of you may be feeling somewhat lost or lethargic, perhaps
even going as deep as full blown apathy.
Much of what has been occurring is moving through the completions
of the disconnect with the collective consciousness. Many of you have vacillated back and forth between despair and
Joy, hopefulness and doubt.
It is truly time to overcome the remnants of your core fears
and doubts. It is truly time to use the “Power of Conscious Choice” to assist you in finally, once and for
all lifting yourselves free from the snags among these remnants which grab you and pull you down with the weight of their
“old energy sludge”.
The recent New Moon Solar Eclipse and Full Moon Lunar Eclipse
have provided powerful Waves of Light to stimulate further growth along the journey for all. For many, balancing the
needs of the self with your Spiritual calling will have been highlighted during these eclipses. This alignment will also illuminate
fears connected with stepping into your power and more fully embodying your Divine Light. What's been lurking in the darkness
of the subconscious is now being brought into the light.
It is ALL UP TO YOU Dear Ones, it is you that must choose
a new direction, a new pattern of behavior, it is up to you to choose to have the courage to STOP right in the middle of the
apathy or the fear and say NO… this is not who I AM! This in not what I have scripted for my life or my world….
NO… I will not allow this to continue any longer!
Then once having taken charge of these illusionary perceptions
the Gift here is to recognize that this is an aspect of who you are that is needing your full love and acceptance as you welcome
this beautiful aspect of who you are back into the safety of your heart, welcome it back home and just breathe in this long
lost expression of you back in now to be integrated into the wholeness that lives within your Sacred Heart and this will melt
away the fears and doubts hidden away within your subconscious self.
It is time for all that you have ever been to return home
to the “wholeness” that lives within your Sacred Heart. Any moments of feeling lost, lethargic, apathetic
are being projected from aspects of the self that yearn to be reintegrated within the whole of the Self, integrated back into
“the All That You Are”, integrated back into the inner Chalice of your Sacred Heart.
It is for you Dearest Ones to reclaim these aspects and welcome
them back home into The Love That You Are. Each time you face a doubt, a fear, or insecurity; this is one more aspect surfacing
from the hidden realms of your subconscious. Welcome them back home, breathe them into your heart, and integrate them
into the wholeness of your Greater Self, into the Oneness of Who You Are!
THE NEWEST RE-WIRE
During 2009 you will all be experiencing the continuation
of greater integration and re-calibration of your energies. This is the year to recognize the importance of staying tuned
in, the importance of your inner communication with Soul.
All that is human and all that is Divine are indeed aligned
to be re-balanced throughout this year of 2009. Most of you will experience the feeling of going through a re-boot,
or a re-wire.
Much will change in your world for those of you who are fully
and consciously choosing the path of Ascension, all that does not resonate with your Soul direction will begin to dissolve
and fall away.
Many opportunities will present themselves and it is for you
to partner with Soul to learn to decipher the information that is available to you to guide you to the highest outcome.
Not all paths of opportunity will lead to your hearts desire or the fulfillment of your Souls blueprint.
Many of you will be placed in positions which require your
discernment to choose that which will align you with your highest potential. The opportunities presenting themselves
may even resemble much of what you have called in, yet they will not truly lead to your highest potential. Now more then ever
communing with Soul is of upmost importance to lead you to the greatest potential for fulfillment that is awaiting your discernment
as you make your choices.
We highly suggest that you not fall prey to the fear that
you are losing the chance to improve or accelerate your path. This time in the path of evolution is about you finding your
ability to refine your discernment into that which is congruent with who you are and what resonates with the True you!
It is in now time for the human to claim the responsibility
given to it at the time of incarnation in this Souljourn on Planet Earth…of course it is all your choice to accept or
not. Claiming responsibility for self will set you on course and in harmony with the Flow of Divine Grace, with Divine
Purpose.
Each and every Soul that has incarnated on Earth at this time
is given the opportunity as well as the responsibility to choose its path of outcome, and as such this is the purpose for
this incarnation, this is the incarnation to recognize that YOU ARE THE CREATOR, and this is the incarnation to Master Creation.
It is now the time for all to awaken to the realization that
where you shall reside is purely up to you and the choices you will make in each given moment are what determine the outcome.
The first stage of Mastery and self healing is achieved through
disciplining your ego by learning how to focus your conscious mind (3D ego mind.) It is imperative that the conscious mind
surrender itself to the Observer Self. The Witness Self or Observer Self is Soul, and it is Soul which is the direct path
to Higher Mind, to the Heart-Mind and to the illuminated consciousness of Christ Consciousness.
This why so many have given instructions to stay out of your
mind and in your hearts Dear Ones. This is valuable in learning to quiet the chatter in the mind, yet it is the balance of
both the “focused mind” and the Heart that will ultimately lead you Home. This is also why as you travel
forward on the Ascension Path that you will in time become whole brained where the right brain and the left brain will function
as One just as your Dolphin friends function in the now.
As you evolve forward along the Ascension Path you will no
longer use a small percentage of your brain, the whole brain will become activated with “Light pathways”, or synaptic
pathways which have become fully “enlightened” and activated accessing “Higher Mind” at all times.
This is the year to truly partner with Soul if you have not
chosen to define this clearly along your path to date. Now is the time to place Soul in the “driver’s seat”
of your vehicle and to place the “ego identity” in the “back seat” until it has learned to partner
with Soul.
Once you have accomplished this initial action then it is
safe to place the “ego self” in the passenger seat next to Soul to better fulfill the partnership of the human
and the Divine.
Ascension IS a partnership with the human and the Divine…
for Soul cannot accomplish this journey without your full consent. It takes the human expression, who is also Divine,
yet has long been veiled from its True identity, to merge completely with the Soul, and for this reason this is why it is
so important to accomplish the Art of Mastery having disciplined the “ego self” into becoming the Witness Self
who has learned to be focused as it consciously observes your daily experience and listens to the guidance it receives as
it also observes. From this place of consciously observing, you enable the self to become aware of the wisdom and guidance
that is provided in each moment of every day. And it is from this place of awareness that empowers one to then deliberately
make choices based upon what it is observing in the moment as it also receives the guidance and wisdom in each moment from
Soul. Establishing this discipline is that which keeps one in the flow of Divine Guidance and the Light of Divine Grace.
The Celestial and Galactic energies are supporting this reunification
throughout 2009 as never before. It is of upmost importance not to give in to the “lifeless-unconscious mode of auto-pilot
functioning” at this time. This “auto-pilot” mode is part of the veiled collective consciousness that
limits your reality through lethargy and apathy.
We know the energies of late have been challenging and tiring,
yet we ask you in those times you feel depleted physically, to consciously request your Soul to be the pilot “steering
the boat” during these times, this way you are not left adrift among the fields of the unconscious world of the collective
mind. Spending extra time in communion with Soul during these times is the solution that will lift you free Dear Ones!
Yes, it is definitely of importance to honor your physical
needs of extra rest, longer periods of sleep. You will know when this is needed as you simply will not be able to keep
your eyes open. There is however a difference between needing additional rest and apathy, we encourage you to recognize
what is truly occurring.
Now more then ever it is important to remember that
YOU DO HAVE THE ANSWERS WITHIN! It is for you to seek them, and if the answers do not come immediately then simply know
you have shifted and need to look for a “new channel of reception” in your Soul communications. It is most
likely closer then ever before and you are not recognizing it because it is now you more then ever before. And for this reason
we suggest that you spend more time then ever exploring your inner communication with Soul, begin to notice how it feels more
like “you” then ever before.
With each new Wave of Light the Magnetic Energies are increasing
and are growing stronger, therefore you are magnetizing to you in greater and greater strength that which you have claimed
as your reality. If you believe that you must live in poverty and chaos, this will be reinforced and magnified onto the “screen
of your life”. If you have fully accepted the Truth that you are entitled to a life of Love, Joy, Beauty and Abundant
Prosperity, that reality will unfold miraculously before you as it plays out on the “screen of your life”.
YOU ARE THE CREATOR MOMENT BY MOMENT!
OWN THIS, TRUST THIS AND CONSCIUOSLY DIRECT THIS INNATE ABILITY
AND THERE WILL BE NO STOPPING YOU ON THE WAY TO MASTERY, ON THE PATH TO AWAKENING TO ALL THAT YOU ARE!

THERE IS NOTHING BEYOND “THE NOW”
Blessed Are Each of You in every NOW moment.
It
is with sheer Joy that we gather together as always in the Light of Love and Oneness.
Welcome Dearest Ones, Welcome as we reunite with Spiritual
Family once again!
It is with our Greatest Love that we come in this day to bring
forward yet another message for your discernment and enjoyment in support of your Grand Awakening!
As always we invite you NOW to settle in and become comfortable
in your seats as you feel the support your body is receiving. Close your eyes NOW as we invite you to enter into The Temple
of Your Sacred Heart, as you relax fully into the “Still Point” deep within your Being.
Begin NOW to breathe in deeply and fully for this is always
how we welcome in the energies for the day. As you continue to breathe in deeply we invite each of you to open your
hearts fully as you breathe in the Light of Love. Feel the stillness and Peace settle deep into your Being as you continue
to breathe in deeply and fully. You body feels nourished and fully alive as you receive the very essence that is you
within each particle of Light that makes up the air that you breathe.
Continue to breathe down now through the
crown, down through the Pineal, and down into your Heart Center, breathe in once again and as you bring the breath all the
way down deep into your bellies, filling your entire body with the Light particles held with in each breath of air that you
breathe.
Breathe into the Center which is you, breathe into the Love
that is You.
Breathe in deeply and breathe out fully, breathe in deeply and breathe out fully. You now feel relaxed and
at peace. Your minds are now quiet and still as you simply just breathe. You are NOW free of all concerns, you are at
peace…

THE RECENT & CURRENT INFLUENCES
This entire year of 2009 holds absolute “raw potential”!
Know that you may create all that you choose to manifest!
There is much evidence of duality and paradox in the world
around you. However Dearest Ones please know that this is the year where you will begin to see evidence of duality coming
together and finding it’s own balance.
Many of you have come through a very challenging period over
the last couple of months where you have felt very apathetic, confused, unclear, tired, discouraged and even defeated as well
as generally unsure of how to proceed, with some fleeting moments when you would become excited and hopeful (again an example
of the paradox).
Many may have felt stuck with little forward movement. As
part of this phase many have experienced a feeling of no desire or ambition, and not even sure about what direction to take,
or whether to take any action at all.
It has been challenging to focus on anything other then the
“now moment”. Most of you have been experiencing what we love to call “a rewire”.
Material possessions or items do not retain the same attachments
in the same way you had once been accustomed to.
You are now more able to hold an “inner stillness”
in ways you have yet to fully realize. Many are experiencing a state of neutrality. What was once a passion is now merely…nice…
ok… and one might say, “Yes, I could do that… or not do that.”
Many have experienced opening doorways for various opportunities
yet are finding that most of these opportunities have not been a good fit. Many have felt that there has been so much
to choose from it has been hard to choose which direction felt right. CHANGE has been the common experience among all.
Many have changed their living space, or are anticipating this change in the near future, or perhaps their place of employment,
or simply much change within both of these environments.
Time has felt more accelerated then ever before with insufficient
hours in ones day to accomplish all that was required of you and your energy reserves have felt low.
This cycle has been an important time to pass through as many
of you have had the opportunity to experience various Aspects of the self showing up in the undercurrents of the Emotional
Body as you passed through the recent “waves of energy”. Recognize Dearest Ones that these challenging states
of mind and feelings have been attached to the Aspects who have been awaiting your invitation to return home to you, to your
Sacred Heart Chamber. For any of you still feeling challenged with the lethargy or fear now is the time to embrace these
parts of the self which have been “missing in action” for all these many lives, or all these many years. Breathe
them into your hearts and welcome them back home once and for all.
Now is the time to integrate the remaining fragments of the
previously rejected or missing Aspects of the self that have been yearning to return home.
This has been an important time of clearing and resolving
what was still hiding in the recesses of the mental and emotional body’s so that all can shift forward into a state
of self-acceptance and self-love as you consciously choose to claim your Divine Inheritance as the God Spark that you are!
There will be opportunities to come out of hiding and be seen
as you are supported now more then ever to step out of the shadows of your hiding places and Shine Your Lights!
Dearest Ones as you continue to choose your Highest Expression
of Truth you are fulfilling your roles as the Pillars of Light that you each represent, and as such are facilitating much
transformation in your world.
It is you Dear Ones that have created your world… and
only you… no one else! And since you created it, you can also UN-create it through the Power of Conscious Choice, simply
choose Dear Ones. DECIDE what it is that you wish to experience with clarity, and choose this Dear Ones
YOU have the ability to create a space of balance amidst the
seeming chaos in the world around you. We invite you to adopt this statement of reinforcement to remind you always that you
have the power to manifest all that you choose to have in your life.
“THE WE OF THE ME CAN DO IT”, For I AM
the I AM, SO BE IT!
MOVING INTO FREEDOM
Much has been shifting internally during your states of sleep
as all is progressing forward in synchronicity with the Galactic and Planetary movements. As you have been shifting through
the various Waves of Light you are simplifying, choosing what seems the path of least resistance and the doors are opening.
This current cycle has been the opportunity for you to practice
for this NOW time of experience. Most of you have experienced an expansion of your heart energies.
As your thoughts, words and deeds are consciously chosen in
the “NOW” with greater ease, you are stepping more fully into engaging the role of the “Illuminated Self”,
(The Witness or Observer Self). Your outer expression is now more fully reflecting your Divine Self. The human
ego is giving way to the greater Ego of the Soul Self and the mode of operating from the Observer Self become easier and more
of the norm with each new day.
We invite you at this moment to listen closely to the words
which will now follow.
The Observer Self, or Witness Self is the function through
which you activate and put into action Ones Supreme Authority as applied through the Power of Conscious Choice which then
becomes DOMINION MADE MANIFEST!
It is through the application of your Supreme Authority in
each NOW moment that indeed manifests the very next moment, and the next moment, and so forth.
Beloved Ones it is YOU that has the power to shift the State
of Being that you find yourself to be experiencing in this now moment. Simply choose to lift yourself free of that which you
do not find Joy in, and in the next NOW moment you will experience a shift which will find you free from what was not joyful.
NOW is the time to CHOOSE that which you wish to manifest.
The Equinox is on the horizon and the energies are ripe for the planting of the seeds for your future NOW moments.
Forward movement is preparing to accelerate yet again.

NOW IS THE TIME TO CLAIM YOUR ETERNAL LIFE

Dearest Ones, The Gates to your Mastery are fully opening,
you have but to choose to walk through them. We invite you to call forth and claim your Eternal Life Light Codes of
the Christed Self. Awaken the cells of your body to a new vitality and rejuvenation!
This is available to you NOW, you
have but to claim it!
The energies are ripe indeed to step forward in courage to
claim your Divine Birthright of the Christ Self, of the I AM Presence that is You!
We invite you to move into your hearts now Dearest Ones. And
as you move into hearts now you begin to notice the expansion that you are now feeling. Use the breath to breathe in deeply
as you nourish your bodies with greater and greater Light, your whole body become illuminated as you continue to breathe in
deeply.
Notice how your entire being is expanding inward, yet outward
at the same time. In your awareness you awaken to the presence of the Greater You and the closeness of your Light Body.
You are within the Greater You, yet this Divine expression is within You as you experience your entire being expanding outward
and upward while all is moving inward. You suddenly realize All That You Are is merging on all levels as the weave of the
many selves continues to intermingle and blend from within, from above, from all around you. Your heart expands once again
as you become flooded with the most incredible sense of Joy and Peace… the tears well up in your eyes as you find yourself
unable to describe what you are experiencing, for there are no words that can encompass what you feel in your heart as the
Light of Love washes through your entire being as you experience the Love that You Are… As you simply breathe in you
now receive the Gift of the Illumined self!
Just breathe for a moment here and breathe this in as you
embrace yourself gently and simply Be!
Your Angelic teams have been faithfully and diligently working
with you in the non-physical planes of reality to assist you in clearing much that has been layered into the human veils of
illusionary limitations held within the density of the field of the collective consciousness.
As the layers of the “Old Energy” or density consciousness
fall by the wayside through your intentions to function consciously as an empowered Divine Human you are continually experiencing
greater expansion of your heart energies allowing you to integrate more of your Cosmic Consciousness templates.
When you step through the Door of Freedom there is nothing
there except this NOW moment. You and only you are the creator of your world. If you created it, you can UN-create it. If
something does not bring you Joy, simply choose to UN-create it. We invite you to enjoy each NOW moment as the Creator and

The heart is
a powerful generator of electromagnetic energy. Producing the largest electromagnetic field of any organ.
The heart
has 60 times more electrical field than the brain. The heart has a great intelligence.
The heart field is also a
transmitter. Our heart is a biological oscillator that can entrain other hearts even at a great distance.
Both the
heart/brain receive and respond to intuitive information, but the heart receives the information first.
The heart
rate increases prior to future emotional stimuli. The heart processes emotional events seconds before the body experiences
the events.

Dear Ones, we wish to emphasize one of the most important
factors in achieving your Mastery in your journey through the Ascension Portal.
As you each move through your personal journey forward along
your Path you will experience the continuing Waves of Light and Energy that stimulate the surfacing of any remaining core
belief’s embroiled in fear and limitation that are connected to the Matrix of Mass Consciousness.
Many of these core belief’s are connected to “orphaned”
Aspects of the self that wish to return “home” to you and be integrated into the greater wholeness that you are
becoming as you move forward on your Ascension Journey.
Recognize that the moments of lethargy, fatigue, depression,
hopelessness, thoughts that sound like this; “I’m not capable of that”, “how can I possibly accomplish
that”, “there is no way I can do that because____________” etc., and all thoughts that are fearful or filled
with limitation are all opportunities for you to choose to lift yourself free from these thought forms attached to the Matrix
energies, or to integrate an Aspect of the self that is in need of resolution and reconnection to the you who is the “Designated
Ascendee”…. Or both! It can be helpful if you find yourself unsure as to the source of the thoughts or feelings
which suppress your joy and freedom to simply work with detaching from the Matrix of Mass-consciousness while also welcoming
home and integrating all Aspects of the self who surface as they seek resolution and re-integration.
KNOW that all moments of feeling stuck, challenged,
apathetic, defeated, hopeless, etc. are OPPORTUNITIES to recognize you can CHANGE these circumstances through the Power of
Conscious Choice.
We suggest that it
is VITAL to your journey to reach a place of COMMITMENT within that will act as the “fuel” that will propel you
forward in moments of challenge along the path.
The world at large in the Matrix Reality is filled with fear
in almost all areas of life and so we are suggesting that it will serve you to not tune in to your daily news so often if
you find yourself being “hooked” by what you hear or read.
We recommend that you create a tool or a function that will
act to support you during the times you are feeling challenges with all forms of limitations. We suggest utilizing the
“Observer Self” always, yet if you find support by posting notes or signs in your environment as additional support
to remain conscious of your COMMITMENT to resolve all attachment to Matrix Consciousness and the limiting beliefs which appear
to block you in your forward movement, then So Be It!
Know that your Soul, your Over-Soul and your I AM Presence
are your constant companions and are available in any moment to lift you up, to offer you all the support you will ever need!
We suggest that you begin each and every day by consciously
anchoring their light into your Heart Center. Simply breathe in their Light into your Heart Center as you breathe all the
way down and through your being. Consciously place your Divine Self in the “drivers seat” for the day ahead as
you recognize this is really the Authentic You. Consciously choose to request that you be Divinely guided in every moment
of EVERYDAY, not just when you find a few minutes to “focus in” during a meditation.
We lovingly suggest that you consider the idea of choosing
every morning to open your day, everyday, by standing in front of your mirror and seeing yourself as the Multi-dimensional
Being that you truly are. See the “integrated you” being mirrored back to you. Yes, see the physical vehicle
that you see everyday looking back at you, but also see the Light emanating from you that is the reflection of your Souls
energy as part of your Auric field, see the reflection of the Light of your Over-Soul emanating just outside the field of
Light of your Soul and then see one more field of Light that is emanating the Light of your I AM Presence just beyond the
field of Light of your Over-Soul. See this through your minds eye as the expanded Auric Field of your Trinity Field
of Light surrounding your Body. (For those who are not able to see this, simply “imagine” that you
are able to see this) This does not need to be a long process, unless you choose to savor this activity, yet taking
even just 1 minute to set your energy for the day will align you in such a way that you will automatically be lifted free
of the Matrix Energies.
At any point in your day if you encounter a challenge or feel
yourself being pulled into the Matrix energies, simply focus on this image of yourself and you can instantly shift what you
are aligned with and not be “sucked into” these lower vibrations or dimensions.
We lovingly suggest that at various moments throughout your
day that you REFRESH this IMAGE of the Real You to revive and replenish your energies as you move through your day.
Have you chosen this level of commitment to your Ascension
Journey? This is not a requirement! Yet anyone who holds passion in their hearts to achieve the Journey of Mastery
and the experience of the Ascension will benefit highly from consciously choosing to make a commitment to their self/Self
to persevere through the Cycles of Transformation.
KNOW that you are NEVER alone Dearest Ones; YOU are always
in the constant presence of ALL THAT YOU ARE, The Divine Within! And of course those of us in the Angelic Realms who
