We invite you to focus on your breath in this now moment and to breathe into your Sacred Heart Chambers. Just breathe Dearest Ones and settle into the peace of the breath for a few moments. Yes, feel the stillness, feel the peace. Yes, feel the centeredness and the balance of the breath… Yes! Through the breath you will always find the nourishment you seek as you receive The Breath of God, the Light of Love into your being… Yes!

Dear Ones, both the recent and current influences have felt much like passing through the void with a sense of drifting through a period of time that is misted over with the experience of a lack of clarity and most of you may have felt as though all you can focus on is the "now moment". As disconcerting as this may feel at times, this is absolutely in perfection as you begin to recognize how in each moment as you choose what comes next, that what you have just chosen is indeed what is manifesting the next moment.

The March 20 Equinox brought with it a powerful Wave of Light that has left many feeling disconnected and adrift. You may feel as though you have let go of many attachments on many levels of your reality. This has been a time of rebirth, regeneration and transformation. This is a good time to simply allow yourself to relax and enjoy life! Let go of the need to know what comes next. KNOW that all is in Perfection as the energies are aligning to accelerate once again as our connection to ALL That We Are becomes simplified and more expanded.

Life continues to be very fast paced where there always seems to be more to do then can be accomplished each day which doesn't allow much time to look to the future or even try to formulate in your minds what you feel you would like to create. This is a time of gaining greater clarity about just what you really do want by the way of opportunities that continue to present themselves yet the current energies continue to present more opportunities to clarify more of what you truly want as you continue to choose what not to include in this new world you are crafting in your hearts.

This also continues to be a time to integrate as you continue to expand your ability to love and accept all that you are, all that you have ever been, as well as all you can imagine yourself to be in the future. The importance of remembering to stand vigilant as the Observer Self should you find yourself feeling limited or you are questioning your ability to fulfill the role you have been choosing to create for yourself as you envision the possibilities of your personal " piece of heaven", know that as you simply choose to embrace all Aspects of the self with Love and breathe them into your heart they too shall become a strength as you go forward in each moment.

There is much transformation occurring on inner levels and we highly suggest the benefits you will receive when you find time to still the mind and commune with the Self within your Heart Center, even if only for 10 minutes at a time. Many of you are experiencing the continued expansion of your heart centers and spending time just breathing into your heart will bring a greater stillness and peace to your all too busy schedules.

Now more than ever before listening within will be of vital importance. You are entering a time of refinement within where the choices you will be making will become more challenging as many opportunities continue to appear on your reality landscape in all areas of your life. Some of them may resemble much of what you have been envisioning, writing about in your journals, or calling forth in your prayers, yet they may still be lacking some ingredients which would align with who you are and where you are going. As you are faced with many choices, listening to your inner feelings and the "still small voice within" is of great value as you learn to refine your inner discernment. We highly suggest that you not compromise yourself in any way when it comes to what truly matters in your life and the world you are creating in each now moment.

Your Angelic Medical Team and your Soul are standing by waiting for you requests should you be experiencing any challenges during this intense time of realignment and recalibration. As Mother Earth continues to recalibrate and rebalance so is your body making adjustments on a continual basis as well. The transformation of the 3rd dimensional self is dropping many layers of the old human and integrating many of the new 5th dimensional Divine Human self on every level of the Physical, Mental, Emotional and Spiritual Self. Remember to ask for help in any area of your life for your Spiritual Team cannot assist you unless you REMEMBER to ask.

We highly recommend as you commune with your Soul to turn over the "human will" to be directed and guided by the "Divine Will" of your own I AM PRESENCE. Many of you may have initiated this relationship with your Greater Self, however a "renewal" of this "inner commitment" may be called for to "refresh" this relationship within your human consciousness. Opening your hearts to invite in a greater presence of your Divine Self within the cells of your being, within your hearts will expand your relationship within. Allow the Light that is you to expand to greater and greater BRILLIANCE within each cell of your body. Practice the Ascension Breath as you use Pranic Breathing like breaths to come down fully through your crown chakra, then see it pass through your Pineal Gland and down through your body into the "high heart" center of your Ascended Heart, or Sacred Heart Center.

As we mentioned a little earlier listening within is of great importance as you continue to move forward through this year. Through many of our messages in the past we have repeated ourselves many times in many ways as we would discuss the Truth that YOU are the Creator of your own reality. We have mentioned how your thoughts and belief's when fueled by your passions and emotions and directed through your Personal Power of Conscious Choice manifest the Reality in which you are experiencing.

The more you move out of the old habits of linear thought processes that function from limitation, fear and doubt and choose to position your focus from within your heart center and use the Wisdom of the Heart-Mind the greater ease you will experience throughout each day of your experience. Tune into the "Voice of the Heart" as this is indeed where you will receive direction from your Soul Consciousness. It is through this relationship of seeking that greater experience of the Divine Partnership, or Divine Union of All That You Are that will sustain you through the journey that lies ahead for all.

As you refine your ability to discern the "Voice of Your Heart" you will discover and strengthen your ability to TRUST in you! Practice the art of listening as never before for this will be your truest "Navigation System". Make ALL of your choices based on the "Voice of Your Heart" and you will always be guided in the right direction. Observe carefully that as you make choices that you are not making hasty choices "thinking" ... well this "seems" like what I was asking for... slow down and check in with what you are feeling. Is there a TRUE feeling of Joy that accompanies the circumstances which are presenting themselves to you, or is there a slight "catch" in the flow of what you are feeling that is "tugging slightly" inside, even if only subtly. Give yourself the time to "sleep on it" before you "jump" into the next experience. Ask your Soul to "download" an image or a dream just as you awaken the following day that will guide you clearly in the right direction. If you already have a different method of "checking in" then we encourage you to remember to apply this to all your current and upcoming choices.

During the times of Atlantis when much experimentation and alteration to the human form was performed to create a more uniform human design, many implants were placed within the human brain and the human DNA was greatly altered manifesting so much of what became the "veiled consciousness" of the current human form. As you have progressed through the evolutionary cycles since the days of Atlantis some of these implants have been lifted away through the choices of the collective as well as individual journey. However there still remain certain of these implants that still hinder your ability to perceive more of all that you are.

There are 2 very different, yet both affective ways to proceed forward to remove these implants. The first one is a rather easy one and simply involves asking for the help of your Soul and your Angelic Medical Teams to help you with the removal of these remaining implants.

The second and most important way to lift away these implants is to consciously choose to focus on the Truth of your Divine Heritage and in doing this consciously choosing to focus your awareness through your Heart Center as you remember to practice listening to the Wisdom of the "Heart-Mind". By choosing to remember to apply your focus to your conscious awareness through your Heart Center you lift your energy into the Light of Love which in turn lifts you free of the density of "collective consciousness" and the 3rd dimensional melodramas which are now steeped with transformational changes. As you lift yourself free of the denser perceptions your DNA strands continue to ignite and become more fully activated enabling you to see with greater clarity how everything is indeed in PERFECTION no matter what it looks like from a more limited perspective.

We highly recommend that you remember to ask your Soul for any and all help you feel you are in need of. Spend time in conversation daily with your Soul and you will begin to notice how the answers you seek are just there now. Write in a journal if this is more comfortable for you. Whatever method is most comfortable for you to communicate with your Soul use it more often throughout your day.

Once Again Beloved Ones we wish to offer you a reminder of your True Nature and the Truth of Your Divine Heritage! Recall daily that the God Creator Created Each of You in Their Image and Likeness! Recall everyday that you were given Dominion over ALL living things on this Earth!

We gather together once again in the Light of Love and Oneness.

It is with our Greatest Love Dearest Ones that we come in this day to bring forward another message for your discernment and enjoyment. It is always our intention to provide you with information to support your journey of awakening, remembrance and empowerment.

Dearest Ones, We invite you all now to get comfortable and close your eyes as we invite you now to enter into your Inner Center of the Temple of The Sacred Heart within your Being, the Holy Grail of Reunification.

The waves of Photon Light have accelerated once again setting up the forward movement, so fasten your seat belts as the Waves of Light increase. Many shifts and changes are still occurring in your living arrangements, residences, and relationships as many alignments are being adjusted for those of you who have felt unsettled for the past few years. Work situations or job opportunities are making themselves known and the opportunities to make choices to improve your finances are available. With this tremendous increase in the Waves of Light expect the unexpected and anticipate Miracles! Remember YOU are the Creators, what would you like to see made manifest in your worlds? The energies are ripe for you to examine your deepest desires once again, yet with greater clarity this time. Set your intentions with clarity and CLAIM that which is yours for the asking. Then remain in the Conscious Observer Self for the synchronicities to align for you to choose and claim. By the end of June much will have shifted. Most of you will feel as though you have found more clarity in your life and have more certainty of your directions for the next few years.

The first half of this year many have been given the opportunity to CHOOSE AGAIN to stay and do the Ascension Journey. Many of you most likely have experienced the "doorway of choice" more than once since the turn of the century/millennium. We invite each and every one of you to recognize that this CHOICE POINT is most often the opportunity to recognize that this journey is about LOVE and the first step of that journey is in TRULY learning to Love and Accept YOU and the more complete you are with this realization, you are beginning to discover that there is great potential for you to actually have a good time as you go forward into the future! Longevity and youthfulness are available for the journey ahead, if you so choose.

Mercury is retrograde through the month of May so this is a good time to reevaluate your priorities, review your feelings and make changes where necessary. This is also a good time to service the electrical components of your cars, homes and computers. The opportunity to reconcile family patterns, break the mold from old patterns and recognizing old belief systems that no longer serve you will be up for your review. Resolution continues to be a main theme as you move forward. We invite you to step up to the opportunities that will become available to make significant changes for the better, CHOOSE NOW from the heart for these choices will influence how you will experience the next few years.

We highly recommend that you NOT give your energy to the negativity. With every report you hear that can be viewed as negative look for the positive in it, you will always find it if you simply look more closely. We also recommend that you remain positive at all times, this will empower you and support you as you remind yourself of your Sovereignty and your ability to manifest YOUR experience in any given moment.

For those of you who are tuned into the media, especially in the United States, you will continue to repeatedly hear of the "woes of the world". Please know that the governing structures are indeed being, and must continue to be transformed and re-birthed as you go forward. Rather than submitting to fear or anger, find constructive ways to contribute your views and ideas of what is needed to make the necessary changes to your governing bodies and your financial systems. Do your part in creating the change that you want to see. One of the most powerful ways to contribute to this change is to HOLD THE FOCUS in your mind's eye and in your thought processes of a Country United in Balance, Harmony and Justice for all concerned and then carry this vision forward to the whole world. Discipline your thought processes to remain POSITIVE in the transformational process of that which is out of balance.

It is up to each individual to do their part NOT to repeat history, but to write a new script for the next stage of evolution for humanity to CREATE a better world without having to use destruction and violence as a method of the dissolution of "the old systems".

ALL IS INDEED PERFECT INSPITE OF THE SEEMING CHAOS WITHIN THE MATRIX CONTRUCT.

Now on a more personal note, how this can look within the self; At any moment should you experience a thought or emotion that is limiting, judgmental, angry, sad or fearful, PAUSE.... BREATHE.... and gently embrace the self lovingly. Recognize that this is simply an aspect of the self which has remained hidden in the deeper regions of your consciousness or unconscious self. Close your eyes and in your inner-vision see yourself embracing this aspect of your Soul that is feeling angry, lost and unsafe, or simply not accepted and loved, it is yet another aspect of you. Breathe them into your heart, welcome them back Home into the safety of your heart, just as you would a small child. Love and Accept them WHOLELY and COMPLETELY. Speak to this aspects of Soul as you feel guided to reassure them that they are PERFECT just the way they are and that you Love them! Continue to breathe them into your heart until you feel complete and at peace.

First and foremost remember that all that is in need of resolution is indeed rising to the surface in all expressions of creation. Recognize that much of what appears to be negative is actually supporting the transformation of that which is out of balance. Within you recognize that all aspects of ALL THAT YOU ARE, are indeed continually appearing and reappearing until they are WELCOMED AND LOVED back into the WHOLE of you. Any time that you experience an emotion that represents suppressed thoughts of being less than, unworthy, separate, unloved, useless, or whatever limited, judgmental perception of yourself that you deny, this is an aspect of you showing up to be recognized, to be acknowledged, and to be loved back into your heart, back into the whole. Some may take you completely by surprise, so we encourage you to remain aware by utilizing the Observer Self at all times.

Body changes: For those of you experiencing fatigue, recognize that the new adjustments within the body are realigning much and we recommend that you allow for extra rest, naps and we suggest that some TLC for the self is called for.

Recall our discussion for this year of 2009 being a year filled with tremendous opportunities and well as much change and potential challenge.
2009 ~ the 2 represents duality and the 9 represents completion, while together they add up to an 11, which again adds to a 2. The 11 of course represents a master number, or mastery and so the end of the duality cycle is to be mastered this year! Duality will continue to rear "its fearful head" for it is losing the "push-pull tug-of-war". Beloved Ones it is the Light of your Love that will transform all into balance, into Oneness! We highly suggest that you bring this to the forefront of your thought processes when the going gets tough.

For those who are choosing to stay and do the journey, this year of 2009 more than any other year prior to now offers the opportunity to master duality. It is the year in which your Soul, your Over-Soul and Your I AM Presence are closer then they have ever been since the days of LeMuria, and there is increased support to embody CONSCIOUSLY the LOVE that you are! This is available for you to CHOOSE in the NOW! This is the year to recognize YOU ARE THE CREATOR IN EACH NOW MOMENT of that which you will experience next. LOVE IS THE KEY Dearest Ones, in EVERY SITUATION.

The journey of Ascension is about embodying Christ Consciousness, embodying The Trinity of the Self. The REBIRTH of the Christ within the Self is ripe with these current energies. We invite you to spend extra time each day to just BREATHE IN the Christed Self each day using the Pranic Breath breathing down through the crown chakra, down through the Pineal, down through all the way into your heart. Doing this each day will do MORE toward your fulfillment of your Ascension Journey then most of your other practices. It is that simple Dearest Ones!!!

The Soul is functioning in and through your body, Soul integration has moved into the body now.

An example of how this might look, or how to recognize this working in your world: A Story

An enlightened lady went to a Spiritual lecture late one afternoon at a building she was not very familiar with, which had multiple parking areas around the building on different levels as the building was on a hill. The sun was still up at the time, when she noticed a parking area that didn't look too crowded and was close to a ramp leading up to the building where the lecture was, so she decided to park there. She went up to the building and went in to attend the lecture.

By the time the lecture was over the sun had gone down and as she left the building she noticed that she could FEEL herself moving along a lighted path that led to a lighted stairway down to a parking area when all of a sudden she became alarmed "thinking" to herself, "This is not the way I came up! Oh my gosh if I go this way I might not find my car!" (it was not that large of a building that she needed to have any great concern) However her "mind" had taken over the situation with doubt and fear. She turned around to find the ramp-way she had used on her way into the building which she knew was right by her car. Now this sounds logical however notice the events which follow.

As the lady turned back she found "her" ramp-way, however it was very dark and there were no lights to illuminate her path back to her car in the dark of the night. She walked all the way down the ramp-way and at the bottom all of a sudden her foot turned and she fell to her knees and then down onto the ground. She was unable to see the step that was at the bottom of the ramp-way in the dark. Her knees were scuffed up pretty badly and they were bleeding. No one was around to notice her fall. She felt a bit stunned and wasn't sure what to do. She was feeling extremely tired and decided she didn't have the energy to seek out any help and decided she wasn't seriously hurt, so went on to her car and drove carefully home applying healing energy to the worst knee.

As she drove home she was reflecting on what had occurred and began to recognize the symbology of what had "plaid out" in her world. She realized that her Soul had been moving her along in a lovely flow that she could FEEL in her body that led her in the direction of a lighted pathway leading to some well lit stairs that lead down to the parking areas when suddenly her mind became fearful because the path was unfamiliar. Had she continued on trusting her forward movement along the lighted path and down the lighted stairway, it may have been a slightly longer walk to her car, yet the path would have been illuminated all the way. Out of doubt and fear she chose the path that was "familiar" even though it was "dark", rather staying in the trust that there is never a need for fear and remain in the flow of Souls gentle guidance along the lighted pathway. This was the "ego" through the mind reverting back to the need to be in control to be safe.

The "moral" of this story we have chosen to share with you is the Principle of practicing the Observer Self to realize when you step "out of the flow" and into "fear or doubt". There is great VALUE in becoming aware of both what you are feeling in your body and what occurs within your THOUGHTS, and how your thoughts can actually interfere with the graceful flow of Souls guidance. Are you changing your direction or course of action based on a fearful thought to follow what is "familiar" even if it takes you into areas of darkness moving you in the opposite direction of where you were gracefully being lead by Souls Light to your desired destination? Remain alert so as not to let the intellect confuse you or distract you. Stay grounded and become more aware of the subtleties of the Soul as it functions more fully within your body. Breathe into your hearts when you experience these moments of ego's need to be in control. The signal that you are in "the ego consciousness" is when you experience fear or doubt.

We highly suggest that it will serve you greatly to 'tune in "and recognize what you are feeling in your body as well as the upliftment within your feeling nature and emotions when you allow yourself to be moved along "energetically", you will begin to notice how you are guided along the best path and in the safest manner in your world (this is where the Observe Self will assist you greatly in recognizing this experience). If you find yourself moving along in a "natural flow" of energy, it is in those moments when the "mind" interjects with that word "but" that you may potentially and suddenly shift your focus to that of the ”mind "and make a decision based on "a thought" that is "debating" your current course.

As you reflect on moments such as these you may discover that you are removing yourself from the "Flow" you had been feeling which had been guiding your movements gracefully until your "mind" had the need to be "in control". Observe in the moment if this is just a "thought" that you "should" do things differently because of a "fear" or "doubt", or if you are truly "FEELING" that you "want" to change the course of your direction of movement. By simply staying in the "flow" of your body movements rather then abruptly changing your course, or direction based on an "analytical" thought triggered by doubts or fears, ignore the doubts, BREATHE and follow the "flow" of where your body was naturally moving before the "mind" jumped in.

Realize that life is now more of a "dance", where Soul is the one "leading" each one of your steps as you move gracefully in a forward movement, learn to "follow" the movements of your Soul by staying in your feeling nature, this is easy and natural when you remain in your hearts. When you remain in your hearts, TRUST is a natural response and there is no room for doubt or fear.

Be gentle with yourselves now as there are continuing shifts and changes. If you feel you require extra sleep please allow for this as your body continues to transform.

Why did the Creator have a desire to experience the 3rd dimension? What was the purpose for this experience? What was the potential value available in manifesting the world of duality?

It is the conclusion of this channel and the aspects of self within her awareness that have concluded that the journey of the 3rd dimension was created to allow for the opportunity to heal the "Original Wounds of Separation"!

There are many dimensions of reality, many that reflect love and beauty. The world of LeMuria was a world of harmony and beauty yet even in this beautiful world of Love and Harmony there existed the perceptions of separation, there existed issues of in-harmony based on perceptions of separation and so the decision was made to focus on creating a world of more uniformity in form and mind and so the birth of the journey of Atlantis began offering the consideration that more uniformity might provide the opportunity to perceive Unity & Oneness with greater ease. However the mind became a large part of the focus and the world of Love became diminished in their pursuit for "the appearance of sameness". It was when the evolutionary focus became one of the mind, that love became 2nd to the mind and became less and less the focus as the journey went forward.

And so we come to the time "called the fall of man" where the decision was made to experience a world of opposites in all things where there could not be good without bad, or dark without light, positive, without negative, male without female and so on. The journey of the 3rd dimension became a reality in which to experience what appeared to be COMPLETE separation and/or opposition.

The potential opportunity available during the evolution of the 3rd dimension is that of the FULL AWAKENING TO LOVE, FREE OF SEPARATION! How is this so you may be saying?

The innate nature of mankind is that of an individualized aspect of the God Creator. Being placed in a journey where one is COMPLETELY veiled of their TRUE NATURE makes it very much a challenge to KNOW that NOTHING exists that is not LOVE and that there is NO SEPARATION! However even behind the thickest veils one cannot escape the feeling that even when things look hopeless, when one witnesses hatred and greed, when one experiences brutality that the "spark of light" that is YOU speaks to you inside and you say to yourself; "This is not how it is meant to be", this is simply not right", and this "sparks" the need to find the answers to why, and what is REALLY going on here in the 3rd dimension.

If one is placed in an environment that seems to represent the exact opposite of how you innately know life is meant to be experienced and you still manage to muster the strength and courage to persevere long enough to recognize that you have the opportunity to awaken to the fact that none of this is real anyway and that it is up to YOU to claim this as your TRUTH, then you have OVERCOME THE ILLUSSIONS SO COMPLETELY that you are no longer EVER fooled again to believe that there is anything less than LOVE and ONENESS. It is then that you will MASTER DUALITY and the illusions of the 3rd Dimension.

The Gift of discovering that separation is only a perception based on ignorance, fear and doubt in oneself as a God Being to finally AWAKEN as you REMEMBER your True Nature and Identity and KNOW that there is nothing that is not a part of you/us, and that there is nothing that is not LOVE, YOU ARE THEN FREE! Free to ENJOY the beauty that is all around you, free to create a world of Joy and fulfillment, free to demonstrate the Love and the Oneness that is the Truth of All That Is, the Truth that is the REAL YOU sets you free to manifest this Truth in an expression of any reality you choose to create and experience!

And in the awakening and ACCEPING of this Gift as ABSOLUTE TRUTH each God Being REMEMBERS there is NO SEPARATION, that everything that exists is an expression of God. Everything in existence is made up of the same essence, which is Light, which is Love. There is nothing that exists that is not made up of Light, made up of Love. Everything is simply another expression, another aspect, another perception of the ONE. The perceptions of this PERFECTION are endless! We invite you to share your perceptions of this PERFECTION with all who come to your "Door"!

We invite you to take a moment here to settle into your chairs and become comfortable. As you begin to settle into your seats feel your body being supported at this time. We invite you to focus on your breath now and for the next few minutes as you quiet the mind leaving your cares of the day behind you as you breathe in the stillness of Peace into your Being. Allow your focus to settle into your Heart Center, into the Sanctuary of Your Sacred Heart Center as you continue to breathe. Feel the Peace... yes, feel the Peace as you continue to breathe in the Crystalline Golden Light particles which are now brightly illuminating within your Sacred Heart Center, know that as you continue to breathe you are nourishing your entire body and each cell of your being as you breathe in the Crystalline Golden Light particles which are all around you..... Please pause here for a few moments to just breathe! There is Pure Magic in each breath, Pure Love fills the very air that you breathe.

Spirit has certainly been challenging us to flex our spiritual muscles. The month of May had many shifts and changes and some were very difficult especially during the Mercury Retrograde period. It was a time to truly evaluate your current path and direction. Many activities that were not aligned with your forward movement were either dissolved or reconfigured to a more correct course of direction.

There have been many opportunities for the resolution of past issues. Many of you who are in the First Wave of Ascension Activation may have felt that you experienced another "Dark Night of the Soul" giving you yet one more opportunity to choose with even greater clarity your forward movement with your course and direction on your path. Some of you may have looked very closely at how you are going to proceed in your relationship with what remains of the "old energy structures" in the business and financial systems as they continue to transform.

The Photon energy is incredibly high during the month of June and has been accelerating since the end of April. Now is the time to rise above fear and find your true power and potential. June holds the potential for manifesting in a way that has not been available for quite a while. The most powerful energies will be available during the Summer/Winter Solstice on June 21st. This will be a powerful time for you to focus on abundance and manifesting your dreams.

There will be Waves of the most powerful Light we have had on the Planet all year. There has only been 1 other time that we have had this level of Photon Energy Waves coming through our atmosphere ... it was in December 08' before Christmas that we had some similar energy... However I believe this Wave during June is even more powerful. We invite you to focus inward as often as possible and be open to making good use of the profound energies on the Summer Solstice! The Peak lasts for 2 weeks from the 12th of June through the 25th of June and will continue to hold high levels the remainder of the month. We recommend spending some time communing with your Higher Aspects. You will all have the opportunity to truly feel more connected to ALL THAT YOU ARE than usual. We invite you to stay open and ask for expansions in your connections.

For those who still feel really blocked we would like to suggest a beneficial exercise for the Summer Solstice. On a piece of paper write down all of the thoughts and feelings that arise that begin with a limiting statement about who you are and what you are capable of accomplishing or receiving. Once you feel complete with writing down all of your thoughts or feelings which are based in limitation, we invite you to burn this piece of paper on the Summer Solstice to express your completion with these false identities or belief systems. Now is the perfect time to completely relinquish all misperceptions and false identities you have allowed yourself to hide in the shadows of your consciousness.

Dear Ones, I/WE are shifting the expression of our communications for the time being so that it is expressed as more of a Partnership of I, Wendy-Marie and the Higher Aspects of Whom I represent in this physical incarnation on Planet Earth.

Each of us, You and I are an incarnation of a Higher Being from another dimension. Many of us represent Souls who reside in dimensions as high as the 7th Dimension which is the dimension of what we label as Ascended Masters. There are about 5 % of embodied humans who are a direct incarnation of a 7th Dimensional Being. There is a little over 6% of embodied humans who are direct incarnations of a 6th Dimensional Being. The remaining 89% of the human population are direct embodiments of a 5th Dimensional Being. Most of us came in with very thick veils preventing us from remembering our True Nature and the majority of what we have learned up until now in our many embodiments and whatever Mastery we have achieved in past embodiments and experiences.

We all volunteered to embody at the exact time of our entry to be bearers of the Light in all the many different ways which has been suited to the "Blueprint" which we very carefully designed for this exact time in the evolutionary cycle on Planet Earth. Time is relative to our perceptions of reality. Time relates to the dimension in which we are choosing to participate within. Time is circular and not truly linear.

All the many dimensions that exist can be regarded as our Past while they also represent our Future. What these dimensions are is a Path of Experience which the God Creator has traveled as individuated beings manifesting the Involution of God becoming Man. Involution has culminated in the experience of you and I. We are indeed rapidly reaching the completion of the cycle of Involution.

We have already begun the progression of the Evolution of Man becoming God, or the return Path Home. It is TRULY time to awaken! It is Truly a time for making Choices and taking action upon these choices.

The time we have recently traveled through has indeed been challenging. We invite you to reflect back to August of 2008 and the immense energies which entered into your field of experience during the 08-08-08 Stargate showering all with the Blessings of Abundance. This was the beginning of a HUGE initiation to strip everyone of their illusions around Abundance, Prosperity, Money and Power which occurred the following month in September when the Banking Systems crashed in the US and the remainder of the world followed right behind them. It was time to rebalance that which has been corrupted and offer humanity an opportunity to also recognize what has TRUE VALUE and what and who is the source of your Abundance and Power.

It is now 9 months later and we have come to a cycle of completion with this initiation, if you so choose to accept this in your world. During this 9 month period you have had the opportunity to view and recognize all of your fears and issues around Abundance, Power and of Self Worth. This has been a common experience for individuals and the collective especially in the area of abundance as so much has surfaced around this energy during the last 9 month period. Humanity as a whole has traveled this path together.

Do not feed chaos when you hear or read about the upheavals of a transforming world. KNOW that from chaos comes Divine Order and the Miraculous Manifestations of Love! As we each choose this in our own lives so will it support the collective to lift free as well!

There is so much Light pouring into your world right now and is available to you to use to complete the final stages of this initiation. You can use this Energy to assist you in clearing out all that has surfaced for you during this 9 months that reflects the thoughts and beliefs that have held you captive in the illusions by DECLARING YOUR CHOICE TO BE FREE OF THESE BELIEFS AND PERCEPTIONS which are based on a LIE.

ANY AND ALL BELIEFS THAT ARE BASED ON A PERCEPTION OF LIMITATION ARE A "LIE". Please recognize the word "belief" as you break it down " be- lie-f". Please recognize that any thought or concept that you identify with that says "you can't, you aren't worthy, you're not intelligent enough", etc., etc. is something you have been PROGRAMED with and it is only YOU that can change this THOUGHT you have accepted as true. We know that these words are not new words you are hearing for the first time, yet we wish to rephrase these Truths to you in as many different ways as are necessary for each of you to see through to a DEEPER level of CLARITY in these words.

This is where the importance of the "Conscious Observer" comes in, where you apply the practice of "ONE CONSCIOUS THOUGHT AT A TIME" instead of the constant chatter of the human mind running "old tapes" that are based on the "Matrix of Mass Consciousness". You are the one who has the power and responsibility to take charge of your won thought processes. It will serve all of you to truly LISTEN to the words you speak and the thoughts which flow through your mind. Are they positive, are they loving, are they offering a higher perspective? ONLY YOU can change your thinking through the Power of Conscious Choice in each NOW moment. What will you choose?

One of the main reasons so many Guides and Teachers are advising everyone to stay out of their minds and stay in their hearts, and to practice breathing is many fold, but the biggest reason is to help you focus on Love and turn off the constant chatter of the mind running the old tapes. The practice of breathing has so many benefits, many of which we have mentioned in the earlier messages. One of the most beautiful and very important benefits is that when you stop to take a breath and breathe into your hearts you simply cannot stay in the mental arena of flooding thoughts.

The last 9 months have opened the door for multiple waves of healing light to take place and if the first wave of healing wasn't enough then the next wave would offer yet another opportunity to address yet another part of what still remained buried. All that is in need of resolution must be resolved for humanity and for each individual. It is your thoughts that create your experience of reality.

Find time each day in your meditations to learn to TRULY LISTEN. By this we mean to LISTEN is a way that you are more able to simply hear "the still small voice within". Your higher self is always there offering you loving support and guidance. Spend time learning how to have a conversation with your Soul. Ask questions and then become still and TRULY LISTEN, turn off the mental dialog. Breathe and listen, and soon you will discover that the answers you have been looking for are flowing in to you from your Soul. Truly observe Dearest Ones whether you are truly listening. We invite you to focus on refining your listening skills, for this will be your GREATEST ASSET as we all move forward.

Much of the human journey has been an experience of forgetting who we are, of experiencing a sense of great separation from our God Self. What is imperative for us to realize is that NOW is the time to let this go! It is merely a perception, be willing to see this as your Truth and KNOW you are never separate from your God Self. We invite you to expand your current perceptions of this Truth.

So much of what has been played out on the screen of life for the masses about money and abundance also applies directly to each one of us about what we have both collectively and individually accepted as true. Many of us have tried new things in the desire to rise above limitations and achieve success and abundance to find that we have not succeeded in these endeavors, or if we have some level of success it is far less than we anticipated or hoped for. Why is this, many have asked or wondered.

This has been many fold in its purpose to unveil the imbalances within the collective and within the individual. It has been obvious for most of the human journey that these imbalances have been present throughout the history of the many cultures and societies. There have been attempts to find this balance yet they were unable to sustain their practices among the masses. Ignorance of Ones True Heritage has been the main source of the suffering that has been experienced.

Generations of belief systems have been carried forward to support the limitations. It is for this reason that so many Souls who have Mastery in their Spiritual Lineage have incarnated. We made agreements and designed blueprints to experience much so that when the time of awakening arrived we would hold the masses in the Light of Compassion and Understanding!

NOW IS THE TIME TO APPLY OUR COURAGE AND COMMITMENT TO THE BLUEPRINTS WE DESIGNED TO STEP FORWARD AS THE TEACHERS AND TAKE RESPONSIBILITY FOR BECOMING FULLY CONSCIOUS OF OUR DIVINE NATURE!

We invite each and every one of you to uproot what remains of the FALSE BELIEFS you have accepted as your identity. We invite each of you to end the pattern of feeling "less than", of not believing in yourselves to be capable of achieving your dreams! I invite each of you to realize your BRILLIANCE in every sense of the word! We invite each and every one of you to recognize you are an individualized expression of God and without you the whole is not complete and that you offer value to those around you that is unique only to you! You are a Gift, You have a Gift and it is yours to share if you so choose in as small or as large a way as you CHOOSE.

Recognizing your VALUE is one of the most important steps you can Master. We are not encouraging the ego here for it can certainly get in the way of shinning your Light. We desire to encourage you to remember you are Love. By not acknowledging your innate quality of being a Priceless and Perfect expression of Love, this is a form of Self-Abuse.

YES, we will repeat this once more so that you are certain that this is what was stated here. "By NOT acknowledging your innate quality of being a Priceless and Perfect expression of Love, this is a form of SELF-ABUSE!" Are you still finding fault with yourself? Do you still make statements about yourself that start with something that sounds like... "ok dummy", or say something like ... "well that was stupid". Even a slight of this nature is expressing a judgment toward self.

Not slighting the self in any way is vitally important. Standing up for one-self is an important part of Self-Love as well. It is possible to stand up for one-self and still express yourself in a loving way to others. By pausing to be thoughtful in choosing your words aligns the energy so that the other person is more likely to hear you and understand what you are saying and this honors the Love that each of you are.

Any time you need to balance a situation that has gotten out of balance by another person treating you in a less than loving way, here is a positive way to approach this. Rather than telling the person they have just done something WRONG, use the approach of "putting the shoe on the other foot" and ask them how would they feel if you ________ and fill in the blanks by describing what they just said or did that was not loving toward you. You will most likely bring to their attention how they just acted in a way that was unloving and will open the door for a new way to experience with this person in the future. If they continue to not acknowledge their behavior as unloving, it may be time to look at creating distance with this person.

It is the pattern of Self-Abuse in each individual that has manifested all that has limited your reality. Until you are able to recognize that you have not come to Love and Accept who you are in the Light of Love these patterns of limitation will continue. Any time you find your world demonstrating an experience that is less than loving and kind is an opportunity for you to LOVE YOURSELF enough to make the changes needed. If you are not recognizing this it is because you have habitually denied Love and Value for yourself. It is not egotistical to accept that you are a God Being whose nature is that of Love, and are worthy of being cherished by the self. This was the example that Yeshua Ben Joseph or Jesus demonstrated for us during his incarnation 2000 years ago, living as love in each moment of every day, Loving your Self, Loving all others!

This is what it means to enter into Christ Consciousness, it means to embody Love! How can one embody Christ Consciousness if one does not fully Love the Self? One who does not Love the Self has not embodied the essential qualities of Love.

Each of you are a Precious Child of God! To fully embody the essential qualities of Love is to learn to always treat the self and ALL others as you would treat a beautiful precious child, always remaining aware of the need to be gentle and loving with the self and with ALL others.

Doing your part to build the New Earth looks something like this. Every time you hear something in the media, spoken by a friend or family member, or read in a correspondence of some kind that is upsetting about the current systems which are out of alignment with integrity, rather than fueling this misalignment with more misaligned energies of anger or fear, use all the emotions this information has triggered and redirect them toward a Co-Creative expression and outlet of your Passion. Instead, use this mounting emotion to envision the world the way you would like to see it! By applying this conscious response of redirecting energies each time you are tempted to "react" with anger or fear, you transform the old energy into New Energy for the New Earth!

Direct your thoughts consciously to choose to know that all is in the process of transformation and recognize that there are often challenges presents as old ways are transformed into new ways of doing and being. Yes, it is important to do your part in practical applications such as writing or calling your Government Representatives about the changes which are needed and offering your insights about what is a more appropriate way of making the changes which are needed. Share your thoughts and insights with your network of family & friends as well so that you may inspire them to offer their insights to the collective as well. This is a balanced and thoughtful way of taking action. If you are so inclined to do more with these ideas then by all means follow your inner promptings to take a stand for positive change to restore balance to the systems which have been so out of balance for SO LONG.

We encourage you to remember the CREATIVE POWER of your thoughts, words and deeds. Choose consciously how you direct your creative energies. YOUR VERY NATURE IS CREATIVE, THEREFORE RECOGNIZE THE POWER, IMPACT AND IMPORTANCE OF ALL YOU DO, THINK AND SAY!

Direct your energies by envisioning your version of Heaven on Earth, this is a vital and powerful way of building the New Earth!

This is a Quote from Tom Kenyon describing Ascension. I am sharing this quote as I feel it is very clear in its description of how I perceive the Ascension Process.

Your subtle energy body, which was known as the KA by ancient Egyptians and called the etheric body by Yogis, is highly sensitive to, and affected by, solar plasma. An increase in the flow and quality of solar streams increases the vibratory rate of the KA body. This is a very beneficial and auspicious opportunity for those who are consciously participating in their ascension process. Let us be precise by what we mean by the term ascension, because it has many different connotations and ways of being viewed.

By ascension we simply mean a movement upward in consciousness. You do not “go” anywhere. You do not “leave” anywhere. But your perspective, your perception, is radically altered. You begin to see through the maya, or the illusion of this world, which is created through the dance of subatomic particles and into a configuration of what you call matter. Through the ascension process you realize that you are the creator of your experience of that which you call “the world.” It does not mean that you leave this world, but it does mean that you have transcended it–while still being a part of it–for you see through the lens of perception that life is a movie that you are projecting.

One could say that you are at a crossroads. As the solar streams enter into your magnetosphere, the KA bodies of all humans will increase in vibration. But for some, this will lead to disturbances and dissolution, while for others it will lead to ascension–a movement upward in consciousness.

This communication is specifically for those individuals who have chosen the upward spiral. Your challenge in these times is to allow the activation of your KA body to move you upward, even as many around you seem to be spiraling downward. It is, essentially, a question of vibration, joined with expectation and belief. It is the union of these three that births the creative impulse for a new destiny.

We invite you to focus on your breath in this now moment and to breathe into your Sacred Heart Chambers. Just breathe Dearest Ones and settle into the peace of the breath for a few moments. Yes, simply breathe and feel the stillness, feel the peace. Yes, feel the centeredness and the balance of the breath… Yes! Through the breath you will always find the nourishment you seek as you receive The Breath of God, the Light of Love into your being… Yes! Open to the Magic and the Miracles of the Breath! Yes!

July continues with high levels of Photon Energy streaming into our world, not as powerfully as during June, yet still at very high levels, this enables all in the ability to create with ease and in shorter periods of time. Yet it seems that many have still been unable to manifest that which they have be focused on during recent months. Many have also experienced the seeming stagnation of that which they have been working toward for some time now. Why is this many are asking themselves. We will answer by saying this is manifold.

Some of this will be clarified in other areas of this month's message. The first thing to remember is that everything is always PERFECT on all levels, everywhere. There is so much going on in a multidimensional way related to all the many facets of this amazing journey through the awakening and healing experience called Ascension we are unable to convey the answer in a short simple sentence.

There are powerful Eclipses during July and into early August which will deliver multiple opportunities for your forward growth. We highly suggest that you stay ever present in your awareness, and remembering to breathe often as you choose to remain in your heart through each days experiences.

There are many things being "choreographed" in "bridging" the New Earth with the old. Dimensions connected to "old energies" are being collapsed while new dimensions which "bridge" the energies of the New Earth are being formed to provide the transitory path into the higher frequencies for those who are unable to transition into the higher frequencies more quickly, therefore they will take a little longer to arrive in the New Earth energies.

On a more personal level for some individuals who have found themselves feeling stalled-out, they are manifesting a form of Self-Sabotage based on their fear of "completion". Some perceive this as "coming to an end", ceasing to exist, therefore they have set up various forms of self-sabotage based on their perceived need to constantly be "fixing things".

At some point we all reach the place of exhaustion with this type of pattern. Some choose to give in and "choose to leave", then there are also those who leave simply because their desire is to come back in a new body to experience this Great Shift in Consciousness.

Others who are committed to completing the journey and who have finally recognized that THEY are the Creators of their own reality and who are finally ready to say "NO MORE", "THAT'S ENOUGH ALREADY", "I'M DONE WITH THIS NON-SENSE"...or more colorful words are often heard.

This is when everything starts to change, this is when everything begins to clear up and forward motion begins again. It is here at this place in consciousness that the "REALIZATIONS OF ASCENSION" kick in and CLARITY begins to expand. It is here when you truly become the Manifestors of the New Reality, Creators of the New Earth, Masters of your own experience.

The next few months are Key to where you find yourself this fall. Where will you find yourself? Staying POSITIVE is critical to the outcome. No matter what you hear in the media or from friends and family, what you hold in your thoughts is your most powerful tool. It is your thoughts which manifest your reality. Recognize that even though things may appear "negative", KNOW that everything has a purpose in the transformation process. From this place of awareness, then hold in your consciousness the POSITIVE thoughts which will "form" the New Reality in which you want to live.

BEING TRUE TO YOURSELF IS A PRIORITY. Being REAL, being Authentic is vital during this time. During this time we recommend that the 2 most important words to remember are "SELF" and "YOU", not as one thinks of as being "selfish", however the priority is to VALUE the self-Self. If you haven't already, NOW is the time to "Fall-in-Love" with You, think of yourself FIRST, LOVE YOURSELF FIRST! ACCEPT ALL of yourself in the Light of Love. The New Earth, the New Energy is about "Loving Self" The meaning of "I AM THAT I AM" is, Loving the Love That You Are. An expression of this is TRUSTING IN YOU!

One cannot fully comprehend or integrate into the Light of Love until one has learned to Love the Self, and KNOW that as you achieve the threshold of Self Love so then do you continue into ever-expanding awareness of ALL that Love is!

The energies through July will offer the opportunity for most of you to either experience the opportunity or witness the opportunity for others, to choose to define healthy boundaries in the interactions with others to maintain a relationship of self-love within their choices.

Now and always the most priceless and powerful GIFT you can give to yourself is to BREATH. Breathing anchors your energy, your consciousness in the NOW MOMENT. (Not to mention that it is vital to the cells of your body and to the "Youthing process" which will become available to you more and more as we go forward.)

What we can ALL count on as we go forward is CHANGE and the forward journey of Evolution. Recognize that your Power to Choose the thoughts that you think will mold the path ahead on your personal path of experience.

As we all travel through the Awakening process of the Acension experience, the focus of this journey is the healing of the Emotional Body which has been in GREAT NEED OF HEALING for many a millennia. Along with the healing of the Emotional Body there is one more area of healing that is of equal importance and that is the "fear based" belief systems held within the matrix of human consciousness within each of you traveling the evolutionary path of the "human journey" (The Mental Body, individual & collective). Much work has been done and is being done on other levels of reality by your higher aspects and the guardians of Earth to assist humanity with this task of clearing the fear based programing which has been held within the collective and within each individual consciousness.

It is extremely valuable to each of you to remain vigilant in each NOW MOMENT and to remain present in your awareness, for it is only in practicing being fully present in each NOW MOMENT that enables you to clear all that presents itself in your daily experiences which are directly connected to the fear based issues and other "mind control programming" held within the Matrix Collective of which you are connected to. By choosing to apply this level of awareness in each NOW MOMENT places you in the position of CREATOR of that which manifests in your day to day experiences.

It is challenging to remain present in each now moment, yet it is critically important in your forward movement... "save" your "auto pilot" moments for carefully chosen times when you just need a "time out" from the everyday experiences by carefully selecting a movie that is not filled with fear based programming themes to watch in your home or at the movies, or better yet select music to listen to, or a choice to spend time in nature away from the "hub" of matrix activities is extremely beneficial.

Be aware that any time you loose your sense of calm and peace know that you have experienced a "trigger" connected to that which is in need of healing whether it be within the Emotional Body of within the programming of your belief system. The state of Being which is necessary to achieve is Soul Integration and to function from the "Observer Self" whose CENTER is based within the Heart. It is from this place that you can achieve "ONE CONSCIOUS THOUGHT AT A TIME". As you practice daily you will soon discover that you are ever present in the "NOW MOMENT", it is this practice that will manifest the BALANCE that is required to remain neutral in the midst of the chaos of change in your world. If you falter and find yourself in the midst of disharmony, NEVER JUDGE YOURSELF, LOVE YOURSELF IN THAT VERY MOMENT and recognize that this is an opportunity to resolve one more wound and to clear one more attachment to a perception connected to the Matrix Field of programming.

It is also vital to your journey that you develop a sense of "Your Own Authority", this can be viewed from the perception of the Psyche's "Adult Aspect", the one "in charge". This is the aspect that directs your sense of responsibility, who activates your courage to persevere on your chosen path, this can also be seen from a higher perspective of being your God Self. Now more than ever it is imperative to "own" this identity as this is your source of TRUE AUTHORITY of self. This practice absolutely anchors your Sovereignty and establishes your relationship with your Birthright of SUPREME AUTHORITY, ABSOLUTE OWNERSHIP expressing your DOMINION which was given to you at your birth into experience as an individualize Spark of God.

FOR THOSE WHO HAVE CHOSEN ASCENSION, YOUR RESPONSIBILITY IN THE NOW IS TO ANCHOR YOUR SOULS ENERGIES

We recognize the assignment of anchoring your Souls energies can be challenging yet it is our responsibility each day to focus on this goal. Establishing a practice of declaring daily that your AUTHORITY is your God Self. State out loud each day as many times as possible "Be Still and KNOW that I AM God", you may also state it this way as well if this resonates more profoundly, "Be Still My Soul and KNOW that I AM God". Another way to re-enforce these energies even during times that you do not have the freedom in your environment (such as at work, etc) to speak these words aloud, repeat them to yourself silently to yourself as many times as possible. This affirmation of TRUTH is the most POWERFUL and uplifting statement that you can use in this forward journey of awakening.

LISTENING is also a vital part of the journey ahead as well, follow the promptings of "that still small voice" from your higher aspects. Learn to consciously CANCEL the mental debates which are related to the "fear based" programming which is being cleared as you progress forward toward freedom. Realize that each opportunity unpleasant or negative experiences arise in your daily experience offers you in that NOW MOMENT the opening to embrace whatever this is in the Light of Love free of judgment dissolving this pattern of imbalanced energy into your heart offering all involved the opportunity to experience a healing freeing all concerned from this pattern of duality consciousness.

KNOW that the more you integrate the Soul Self, the Over-Soul and your I AM Presence the journey becomes much easier and you find yourself moving gracefully forward with the flow of each new Wave of Light and life becomes like a "Beautiful Dance of the Heart" and you experience emotional and mental freedom. Remember Dearest Ones that you have the power to shift all experience in any given moment by simply choosing to "live free" of the illusion of not being powerful enough to direct the flow of your life. In any given moment it simply requires that you PAUSE with a breath, and then another, and one more... then consciously direct the flow of energy in the way YOU CHOOSE it to flow. You will arrive at a place where you recognize what is about to manifest and you can change the course of events by choosing a new direction consciously. This can be as simple as excusing yourself from a conversation...and suddenly if necessary.

REALIZING THE IMPORTANCE OF REALIGNING YOUR PRIORITIES
(Here are a few suggestions to consider)

First of all: Yes, it is True that You chose to come here as a Volunteer to anchor your Light for the Great Shift in Consciousness

Secondly: Recognize that the Ultimate Goal is to Master LOVE, and to Return Home to the Oneness of All That Is.

Third: What is the most important aspect of the Mastering of LOVE? The answer is, Mastering Self Love and Self Acceptance.

Fourth: Overcoming Self-Sabotage by recognizing that the source of Self-Sabotage is fear, the fear of ceasing to exist (of being absorbed into nothingness as you rejoin the All That Is)

Fifth: Recognizing the difference between "sacrificing the self" to Oneness because it is "Righteous" verses choosing to give yourself joyfully to the Bliss of Oneness

Sixth: TRUSTING & KNOWING there is no need to harbor any fear of nothingness. Through the KNOWLEDGE of ALL that you are, have ever been, and will ever be, is realizing how as you are simply expanding into the awareness of a Greater You and ALL That has Ever Been, then you simply melt into the Oneness with the fullness of LOVE AND ACCEPTANCE of ALL, especially of The SELF with full awareness of ALL, including YOU.

Why are we restating this again... It is our desire to re-affirm the focus of the VALUE and importance of this TRUTH in your forward movement as we all travel on the Waves of Light and the New Energies arriving within each new phase of the Shift.

We encourage you to repeat these words as often as possible and to own them in your heart and in your mind! We invite you to surrender to this Truth as you learn to dance with your True Beloved, the I AM THAT I AM that is you. There is no other so beautiful as your Divine Self, which is the expression of you which you have sought to be reunited with since the beginning of time. The Sacred Union, or Sacred Marriage of the Self, with the self is the yearning deep within your being. KNOW that this is occurring each moment of each day, and the more often you choose LOVE in each NOW MOMENT brings you closer to this manifest reality. The Power of the Breath is one of the most powerful tools you can use to integrate the Light That You Are. Breathing down through the crown chakra, passing down through the Pineal and down into your heart is more powerful than you can possibly imagine. Dearest Ones, use the breath as often as possible and dance with the Light of Love that is You!
