Welcome Dearest Ones, Welcome!
As we open today’s message let us ponder for a moment,
what are we communicating as we send you these Blessings of the Highest Light.
We are speaking Precious Ones of the Light of The One,
The God Creator, Source of All That Is, LOVE, The Great Source of Light which IS YOU Beloved Children of the Light.
And so with that thought Dearest Ones we invite One and
All to open their hearts and minds and breathe in deeply the Essence of this Light, breathe in the Essence of LOVE and bring
it down and through the crown chakra, and as you breathe in the particles of Crystalline Light which are all around you, observe
now as you bring the breath down through the crown how the light held within your God Cell (which is housed within the Pineal
Gland) glows ever more brightly than before. Continue bringing the breath down and through and into your heart. We invite
you Dearest Ones to lift your arms upward and bring them in with an embrace of great Love and compassion for the self.
Notice Dear Ones how this time as the breath brought the
Crystalline particles of Light down and through into your body, as it followed the path of your chakras, as it was passing
through the “High Heart” center this center began to illuminate ever so brightly, and as the Thymus Gland became
illuminated so did the smaller chakras at each shoulder become illuminated. These smaller chakras at each shoulder are a part
of what form the High Heart Center.
As these chakras become activated they are now forming an
inverted triangle of Light as they connect with your heart chakra. Now notice how the High Heart center has become fully
illuminated with Crystalline Light filling the entire inverted triangle which has formed between the 2 shoulder chakras and
your Heart Chakra as the High Heart pulses ever so brightly radiating brilliantly with Crystalline Light.
Continue breathing into the High Heart area for a few moments
and place your right hand up at the High Heart Center (between the throat and heart chakras) then place your left hand over
your right hand and continue to just breathe Dear Ones and open fully as you breathe deeply and invite your Divine Self, your
Soul to more fully immerse itself within the High Heart center.
You have been carrying a greater portion of your Souls energy
for some time now, notice the increased energy you feel as you receive more fully the Essence of your Soul. Allow yourself
to experience this sweetness as it fills all of your senses. Embrace yourselves Dearest Ones knowing you embrace your
True Beloved and just breathe…
Your High Heart area is so very brightly illumined. We now
invite you to see this brilliant Crystalline Light flow into your physical heart and then flow out through your entire body
filling each and every cell with this Crystalline Light as you continue to breathe.
Feel the warmth of LOVE filling your entire Being and OPEN,
OPEN, OPEN and receive this Gift that is You, which is your Beloved, The Beloved Within. There is no greater Beloved!

The times that are ahead are all about TRULY EMBRACING this
YOU, the Fully Integrated You. The more you embrace this Essence that is you, the more your days will simply flow with
the Grace of Ease.
BREAKING THE MOLD OF THE OLD
Many of you are still breaking free from the mold of the
old as you become more and more comfortable with receiving the fullness of your own Light. The 3 D world is still hustling
and bustling around you, but as you allow the old identity to simply drop away you will find your journey much simpler.
So much of what we have discussed over the last 2 years
has been laying the foundation for this next level of preparation to more fully embody your Soul Energy. We may appear
to repeat information often it is through this repetition that we have provided tools which we trust have become familiar
by now and are now in place to truly support your becoming more conscious in every sense of the word.
There is a continued expansion of all we have discussed
and repeated. There were many layers and many levels Dearest Ones that were in need of clearing and there are still
a few levels and layers yet to go. So we ask you to bear with us if you feel we may repeat certain key phrases.
These key phrases Dear Ones are indeed KEYS that will continuously unlock the layers of the remaining “belief systems”
and “filters” which still “veil” your full acceptance and understanding of your True Nature.
Remember always to be gentle with yourselves Dearest Ones,
hold yourselves in compassion always. You have come so far and lifted free of so many old belief systems and false identities,
we honor you for your tenacity and dedication.
As you continue to fully Master the art of being the
Conscious Observer, The Master Gardener within the Garden of Your Mind, we invite you to simply clear away any remaining “weed
thoughts” which may sprout up from time to time. In the moment simply choose a higher expression which will lift you
free from the world of duality. Surrender the need to judge the self or another and simply choose to clear The Garden
of Your Mind.
The next phase of focus will encompass a greater understanding
for you as you are literally breaking the “molds” of your “old belief systems”. There are so
many rules, regulations and restrictions which have been ingrained in your societies. Rules and regulations which declare
“this is appropriate, that is not appropriate”, “ladies behave this way, gentlemen behave that way”,
“this is how things should be done, this is how things should not be done”. Duality at it’s best placing
everything and everyone is neat little boxes of JUDGEMENTS, RULES & RESTRICTIONS! These have been so ingrained into
each culture, each religion and the like. These past few years especially have been very much about clearing out all of the
lists of “shoulds and should not’s” from your behavioral belief systems.
Most humans are so unaware of how deeply these “familial
molds, cultural molds” or religious creeds and dogma direct your very daily habits and routines, they are the very “filters”
through which you see the world around you and yourself. They have been the basis for all thoughts which limit you.
It is now time to clear away the “core level belief
systems” which still restrict and inhibit the natural flow of your Soul Light, the natural flow of your Joy, the natural
flow of your Love.
We invite you to recognize that any thought or action which
places a judgment upon the Self or another is attached to these core level belief systems which belong to the 3D world of
duality. All that does not express compassion and Love is a direct by-product of the “old molds” and it
is now time to allow the residues to be dissolved.
Much of the work that has been done has been a peeling away
of the layers and levels attached to these “old belief systems” within your mental or intellectual relationship
to these old restrictive patterns and molds in which humanity has been imprisoned for centuries.
The second part of this next phase of evolution arriving
during 2008 involves recognizing the dynamics of the Mental Body and Emotional body which manifest as your actions every day.
Much of the work now will be about balancing the Emotional
Body and its relationship to your thought patterns or belief systems. We will be focusing some of our energies on assisting
all who choose to participate with tools to balance the Emotional Body. As part of our focus we will assist you Beloved Ones
in gaining clarity in this area, to gain understanding of how the “old belief systems”, the old thought patterns
are the “triggers” which manifest as emotional reactions to life situations which have been deeply ingrained in
your “auto pilot” mode of behavior.
We will be offering information which will support you Dear
Ones in recognizing how the “tool” called the Conscious Observer will be the KEY to balancing the Emotional Body
when applied with the “tool” called Conscious Choice.
This will be a process which combines these tools to shift
in “the now moment” from your “old habits” of being reactionary in certain situations to pausing and
taking a breath and clearing away these old ingrained thought patterns which do not belong to you or to the New Energy Reality
based on Love.
We invite you to take a breath here Dearest Ones and another
deeper breath to maintain a connection with your heart. The heart, this is where you know and understand Trust. It is
your Trust in yourself and in the power of Love which will support the final clearing of the emotional residue of reactionary
habits from your past experiences.
POWERFUL WAVES OF CREATION ENERGY
WILL CONTINUE TO INCREASE
As you continue to lift with each new wave of energy it
will be very valuable for all to practice daily all that you have learned and to recognize the days ahead are truly about
stepping into your Mastery.
The dynamics of manifestation are shifting daily. Your thoughts
are manifesting more quickly. This is a powerful Gift which also carries consequences, meaning, the time from which a thought
has been conceived to when it becomes manifest is becoming shorter and shorter.
Recall the formula we mentioned very early on in our messages:
Thought
+ Emotion = desired results (manifest form)
As the frequencies continue to increase the energies of
manifestation have been speeded up and they will continue to increase with each new wave of energy. And so this is why
the focus on balancing the Mental Body and Emotional Body is KEY to this next phase of material we will be working with.
We would like to suggest that focusing on the current events
which represent duality simply feeds it more fuel and keeps its creation alive and in your space. Be aware that the
“old world structures” are unraveling daily, yet we suggest that you not give your energy or attention to these
activities or become concerned, but rather hold your focus on the New Creation energies which are arriving daily.
Join in with us Dearest Ones in holding the visions of the
New Energies and all the beauty and joy that is woven into these visions. Know that you are well on your way toward
the manifestations of all that you have held within your consciousness as you have envisioned all that you desire. Give
no concern about the details of how these visions transpire, simply hold the focus of what you wish to experience. See
yourself actively doing and being that which you desire to have, be and do in your daily experience.
As you continue to move deeper into the higher frequencies
you will begin to notice how you feel much more supported by these energies and what you focus on now arrives with greater
ease and more quickly than in the denser energies.
Give your attention to what you desire, stay conscious of
what you are choosing to hold in your attention. Anticipate the new doors opening. Continue to stay in the moment without
looking back at the old as the shifts continue to occur.
2008 – ARE YOU READY TO APPLY THE
POWER OF CONSIOUS CHOICE
What does this look like and how do you proceed? Are
you ready to choose to see a higher way?
2008 will be something very new indeed, according to your
ability to nourish these new realities into existence!
Expecting something new and different will most definitely
ensure its arrival as you give your energy and attention to the NEW and so provide the fuel for the manifestation of this
new expression. This involves a willingness to let go of old expectations and experiences.
2008 is truly the year to apply everything you have been
learning about and remembering about your own Mastery. Remember, your thoughts are manifesting with much greater
speed than in the eons of times past, and so here is the importance of applying the Power of Conscious Choice.
Breaking free of the past limitations and fears attached
to the old belief systems is KEY and it is the Power of Conscious Choice in “the now moment” which will free you
from the chaos of duality and lift you above the density energies to reside in balance and harmony in the New Energy.
You are truly operating as a Multidimensional Beings moving about the outer world while functioning within the higher frequencies.
As you interact with the world around you, you may encounter
an individual which has been activated by their filters or fears attached to their belief systems and are in a reactionary
mode based on their Emotional Body’s habits, and in the course of your interactions they may lash out at you with words
or gestures. This Dear Ones is the opportunity for you to take a deep breath and apply your Powers of Conscious Choice
to detach from the energies this person is directing your way, hold yourself and this person in compassion and consciously
choose not to take their actions or gestures personally.
Using the “tool” of being the Conscious Observer
will support a higher outcome.
Consciously choose your response stepping out of the old patterned behavior of emotional
reaction in defensive action toward the other person. Recognize you have the power to change the outcome of this situation
with your choice of how you respond.
Hold this person in compassion and recognize what will calm
this person is a response of LOVE and compassion. It is not your responsibility “to fix the situation” simply
hold them in your compassion.
2008 will be a year of refining your emotions and your thoughts.
In the now moment you will be presented with opportunities to re-choose any emotion or thought which would limit your experience
in anyway. At any moment should you encounter a thought or a feeling which demonstrates a fear, a judgment, or a limitation,
simply choose again Dear Ones. It is in those “now moments” you will discover the Power of Conscious Choice
will be an important KEY on the pathway to attaining your full Mastery.
THE FORMULA FOR GRACE AND EASE
The formula for Grace and Ease is a simple one Dearest Ones.
To apply; each day upon awakening, begin with the breath, and breathe in more of your Crystalline Essence into your Being.
Invite your Soul to abide In You AS YOU. We invite you to state aloud an invitation to your Soul: “Be in Me As Me Everyday
in Everyway!”
Embrace yourself as you breathe in your Beloved and open
more deeply to the inner embrace of the Love That You Are allowing yourself to fall ever more deeply in love with you. Place
your attention within your heart and savor the sweetness of this moment as LOVE fills every cell of your body. It is from
this inner place of refined love of Self which enables you to LOVE ALL. Allow yourself to linger there for a few moments and
then go forward into your day in the KNOWING THAT YOU ARE A GOD BEING INCARNATE! AND FROM THIS KNOWING CHOOSE TO MANIFEST
YOUR REALITY MOMENT BY MOMENT!

THE SECRET OF THE HOLY GRAIL
Blessed Be Dearest Ones as we send you Blessings of the Highest Light of Love.
Welcome Dearest Ones, Welcome! We so look forward to these wonderful gatherings of Soul Lights! It is our Joy
to reunite with Spiritual Family each month.
Dearest Ones, We invite you all to close your eyes for a moment as we invite you to take a few deep breaths. Breathe
down deep into your bellies. Breathe in deeply and breathe out fully, Breathe in deeply and breathe out fully, allow
your body to settle into your chair and to relax, allow your mind to become quiet and still and just breathe.
Continue breathing deeply and as you release the breath fully, allow yourself to clear away the energies of the 3 D world.
Breathe in deeply as you allow yourself to feel the beautiful peace as it moves gently through your being, you feel centered
and still, all is well. Yes, feel the peaceful energies of the breath as they settle into your being. Yes!
We have a brief overview to open with today Dear Ones, and so let us begin.
A BRIEF OVERVIEW AS ALL PREPARE FOR THE NEXT WAVE
As most of you know 2007 was about clearing away so much of that which was still in need of healing and resolution.
December and January were powerfully packed with multiple waves of light supporting the completions of 2007. January
also delivered incredible waves of light arriving for all to set the tone for the coming year, mid January was especially
powerful. So much Creative energy was available during most of January offering the opportunity to script your new reality.
Much of 2008 is about balancing duality. We spoke last month of “Breaking the Mold of the Old”, as 2008 proceeds
forward the energies will be manifesting first one expression of an issue to then turn around and manifest the opposite expressions
so that all will seem like you are riding on a see-saw, or playing a game of tennis or volleyball. Much will look like and
feel like everything is up and down, or back and forth.
There is a purpose Dear Ones, to claim and choose the balance, creating the world as you would desire to experience
it, it is for you to stop, take a breath, and begin again by choosing to manifest into your life the reality you wish to experience
and to ground it into your world by building a “new mold”, a new form as the foundation for your new world.
It is you that must build it in each moment by the choices you make as to how you respond and interact with your world.
In February the waves of light are ebbing allowing for a resting period and a time to reflect; in fact the Light is at
a “low tide” level so to speak. Reflect on the completions which have been made, reflect on the new blueprints
you have called in for the coming year and perhaps amend your blueprints if you so choose. This is an opportunity for
you to hold your own Light a bit higher to radiate out and around into your environment, it is also a very important time
to stay conscious as the matrix of mass-consciousness will feel like it has regained some ground. Be the “Quiet
Observer” in your own world observing your own thought processes.
As the “Silent Witness” to your world, you are in a position to respond consciously rather than following
the “old mold” within the field of mass-consciousness of being “asleep at the wheel” and reacting
without choosing consciously what would support the best outcome, not to mention the opportunity to build a “new pattern”
of choosing to express love and compassion.
Dear Ones you always have the choice to call in assistance whenever you feel the need for support from your Soul and
your Spiritual family on the other side of the veil! This can be done with Ease and Grace Beloved Children of the Light, simply
ask! One of the qualities which arrived during the December waves of Light is that of Divine Grace; ask that this power of
Divine Grace (which is available to all now) lift all that remains hidden in the recesses of your consciousness which are
of limiting nature to be brought up and out into the Light so you may breathe out all thoughts that do not serve your new
reality.
The breath will clear your energy bodies of any residue remaining in the “Shadows of your Consciousness”.
Remember Dear Ones your daily experience is a reflection of your own consciousness. Any and all reflections which deny
your Divinity can be transformed in one breath as you CHOOSE to no longer subscribe to the “old concepts” of who
you are!
Make a time in your busy worlds to stop, to focus, to breathe and just ask Beloved Ones. Call out to your Angelic Family
to have the Light of Grace free all that remains hidden in the shadows of your mind so that you may let go of any illusions
still keeping you from total alignment with your True Identity, with your Souls Will, and your heart's desires.
Remember Dear Ones, there is no one, no thing…nothing anywhere that has power over you to undermine your journey’s
success unless you allow it, meaning if you give your power to a thought that anyone can prevent you from your success, in
that moment you have surrendered your power to this thought or belief. Stand strong in your own Light Dearest Ones and
you are invincible to all! You are a Sovereign Divine Being!
You can manifest a “lighter journey” through the month of February through the Power of Choice! You
are the Creator of your reality in any given moment. To shift energies which weigh heavy with challenge, remember to take
a few deep breaths and simply choose in the now moment to shift your light to a higher expression. This is called claiming
the power which is your Divine Birthright as the Creator of your own reality! Who is in the driver’s seat of your
daily experience, the matrix of mass consciousness or you, the Divine Human?
Are you ready to join in partnership with your Soul by choosing to align your human will with that of your Soul’s
Will? This is indeed one more facet to Sacred Union.
BEYOND BELIEF INTO KNOWING – CREATING MORE CLARITY
What do we mean when we say beyond belief into knowing? We trust you can understand there is a slight differentiation
between one believing and one KNOWING.
When an individual has a belief, most will eventually find themselves questioning their beliefs from time to time.
However when an individual has reached the experience of KNOWING the questions have ceased to appear. This is what we
are now inviting you to explore. Discover what the depths of your own KNOWING are.
We would like you to take out a sheet of paper and pencil and make 2 columns and at the top of the 2 columns please place
the words “I Believe” at the top of the first Column and the words “I Know” on top of the second column.
Please take a few moments here to write down what you feel you Believe and then please write down what you feel
you Know.
Please be as honest as you can be with yourself here Dearest Ones.
Can you differentiate what you are experiencing on a feeling level? The key here is FEELING.
Does this help you to recognize that what you believe is transitory and changeable relative to your ability to perceive
the full spectrum of the information you have received in relationship to that which you believed that you believe?
Many of you have recognized that you have experienced what you have felt to be a completion of information available
to support your belief to only discover there have been newly discovered information which has become available which has
now changed your perceptions of what you believe.
We invite you to recognize that you have only begun to scratch the surface of that which you are and have only had small
glimpses of your True Self. Do you think you could not possibly be mistaken about your perceptions of who you are? You
are a magnificent Being of Light.
Dearest Ones, the “Path of Experience” is that which will lead you into the KNOWING of your own Truth.
What we wish to convey here is the experiential journey of the “inner experiencing” of who you are. The
vehicle which will transport you to the inner experience of who you are is your feeling nature, through the Ascended Heart.
Did you discover that there is very little that you truly KNOW? To come to KNOW YOU, open your heart, allow yourself
to feel YOU! Open the pathway toward the experience of coming to KNOW who you are!
EXPANDING INTO YOUR FEELING NATURE, OPENING YOUR HEART
Dearest Ones we know you have been hearing from so many sources of enlightened information to move out of your mind,
to take a vacation from the intellect and to stay in your feelings, to stay in your heart.
Why do you suppose they are all saying this? It is to encourage you forward on the Path of the Ascended Self.
Humanity in general does not realize how they avoid staying in their feelings, and how they continue to stay stuck in the
old habits of mental dialog and mental processing where they feel safe, however numb they may in fact be.
Most people when they begin to open their feeling nature begin to become overwhelmed and immediately shut down the flow
of feelings even though they may be beautiful feelings. There is a fear of loosing control. Ah, it is the need
to be in control which keeps one imprisoned in the “old molds” which bind you.
We invite you Dearest Ones to allow yourselves to stay open to the flow of your feeling nature. Allow yourselves to open
to the Gift of the beauty being expressed through your feeling nature, allow yourselves to receive the nourishing flow of
radiant Love to come through. Savor the sweetness of the experience, allow yourselves to melt into the beauty of the moment,
for this allows Love to engulf you within its embrace.
In the journey ahead you will be given the opportunity to open your feelings, to open your heart, more and more.

THE SECRET OF THE HOLY GRAIL
The Secret of the Holy Grail has been sought after for century after century. Many stories have been told of the
great search for this Holy Grail of the Christ. Many of you may remember the story of how Perceval spent his entire
life in search of this lost treasure, the mysterious Golden Chalice. Many of you may have spent many lifetimes in search of
this Holy Grail.
We would like to suggest Dearest Ones that the Golden Chalice which has been so sought after by so many resides directly
within you, each of you! And so the endless search for the location of the Holy Grail will never be discovered in the outer
world, it is only to be found within you.
It is during these times ahead for all that each of you will have the opportunity to experience the discovery of this
precious treasure called the Holy Grail. The Path to discovery of the Holy Grail will be experienced through the Ascended
Heart.
We will give you a brief piece of information that will help you to gain understanding of how this will be discovered
and experienced within you the human as we feel this will take away a little of the mystery for you and offer a glimpse of
the secrets of the Holy Grail.
The breath once again plays an important roll in your transformational process.
As your body continues to receive the accelerations of Light being received from the Universe in the cycles of Light
arriving during the various Star Gates and Photon Waves choreographed by the Creator, the Thymus Gland is being stimulated
and has become re-activated and has resumed a pattern of growth reversing the atrophy which had taken place over your
lifetime.
It is the Thymus Gland which will indeed house the Ascended Heart. There is indeed purpose to our breathing exercise
we have just shared with you. In last months message we were setting the stage for today’s message also.
When the 2 chakras at each shoulder become awakened through the breath and your own intention through the choice
to OPEN your heart, to embrace who you are in the Light of Love, it is the Thymus and the 2 shoulder chakras which will form
the open ended inverted triangle or V, also known as a Chevron, it is this formation which will then become the fullness of
the Ascended Heart.
It is this, the V formation of the Ascended Heart which is indeed the Holy Grail Beloved Ones, the Golden Chalice within
which will be filled with the Ascended Love of the Soul as it fills you with it’s Christed Crystalline Golden Light.
THE RELATIONSHIP OF SACRED UNION AND THE HOLY GRAIL

the Christed expression which is you.

INTEGRATING THE MANY ASPECTS OF SELF

Blessed Be Dearest Ones as we send you Blessings of the Highest
Light of Love.
Welcome Dearest Ones, Welcome! We so look forward to these wonderful gatherings of Soul Lights! It is our Joy
to reunite with Spiritual Family each month.
And so it is Dearest Ones that we bring forward another message
for your discernment and enjoyment. We are always filled with Joy to provide you with information to support your journey
of awakening.
Dearest Ones, We invite you all to close your eyes for a moment
as we invite you to take a few deep breaths. Breathe down deep into your bellies. Breathe in deeply and breathe out
fully, Breathe in deeply and breathe out fully, allow your body to settle into your chair and to relax, allow your mind to
become quiet and still and just breathe.
Continue breathing deeply and as you release the breath fully, allow
yourself to clear away the energies of the 3 D world. Breathe in deeply as you allow yourself to feel the beautiful peace
as it moves gently through your being, you feel centered and still, all is well! Yes, feel the peaceful energies of
the breath as they settle into your being. Yes!
The breath will always clear your energy bodies of any residue remaining
in the “Shadows of your Consciousness”. Remember Dear Ones your daily experience is a reflection of your
own consciousness. Any and all reflections which deny your Divinity can be transformed in one breath as you CHOOSE to
no longer subscribe to the “old concepts” of who you are! Simply Bless these old thought patterns as you breathe
and release, breathe and release. Breathe and Accept All into the Light of Love!
Remember Dear Ones, there is no one, no thing…nothing anywhere
that has power over you to undermine your journey’s success unless you allow it, meaning, if you give your power to
a thought that anyone or anything can prevent you from your success, in that moment you have surrendered your power to this
thought or belief. Stand strong in your own Light Dearest Ones and you are invincible to all! You are a Sovereign Divine
Being!
Breathe in deeply once again and in this deepest of breaths open
to receive the Truth of you, receive the KNOWING of you, receive the Light of your Sovereign Divine Being! Ignite
the Light of your Ascended Heart and Breathe in the Love that IS YOU!
THE ENGERGIES ARE MOVING AND SHIFTING ONCE AGAIN
The Energies have begun to move again and the world around you is
feeling lighter and less stagnant or perhaps some of you may have even experienced the energies as feeling stuck. The energies
last month were most certainly about going deep within offering an opportunity to clear old emotional patterns.
We trust you remembered to breathe often and to practice the art
of being the Silent Observer in your own worlds. Perhaps you may have even experienced an increased awareness of how
using the “Power of Conscious Choice” in the now moment can shift your reality in the blink of an eye as you remembered
to pause, to breathe and then to choose.
The energies are preparing to lift a little higher just as you arrive
at the Spring Equinox. The opening for a sense of being reborn anew is available to all those who have consciously chosen
to move forward with this amazing journey of Ascension for All. Have you planted the “seeds” for your journey
ahead during 2008? Now is a good time to complete writing your blueprints and planting your seeds. The “soil is
fertile” in the now to accept these “seed thoughts” for the future manifestations to harvest later this
year.
It will be helpful for all to remember that there are many who are
choosing to stay behind and anchor the old energy for a while longer. There will be many waves of Ascension moving forward
and there will be some who will indeed choose to not go forward into the Ascension process. For those who are choosing
to stay behind there are other choices available for them to continue on with the 3rd dimensional journey. This will however
not be in this reality, on this Planet Earth.
BALANCING THE EMOTIONAL BODY AND MAINTAINING AUTHENTICITY
Balancing the Emotional Body is very much a part of the Ascension
Process. As you integrate all the many aspects of your Being each one represents different qualities, different life
times, different strengths, different challenges you have worked toward mastering. You have been in masculine bodies
and feminine bodies. You have played every roll there is to play on both sides of duality. All the many lifetimes
through out the entire journey through creation are the sum total of your many aspects which are now returning home to you.
KNOW there is a CORE SELF which is your Divine Self, your Authentic
Self, the “I AM THAT I AM” THAT YOU ARE!
The days ahead, especially through the next couple of years are
about becoming congruous with your Authentic Self, your CORE SELF. It will serve you to consciously focus on discerning
the difference between all the many personality aspects you have played in this life and all the many other lives you have
experienced. Integrating all these aspects are very much a part of becoming whole and achieving the Ascended State of Being.
It is the practice of being the Quiet Observer, or the Silent Witness
in your daily activities that will be the tool when used with the Breath and the Power of Conscious Choice that will give
you the POWER to change your reality in any given moment. It is these tools that will also support you during the transformation
of the integration process.
This practice, or application of wisdom will also be the vehicle
which will set you FREE from the world of duality! Simply choose to pause, breathe and choose a new reality, NOW.... NOW....
NOW! Each new now moment is an opportunity to choose again a higher reality!
Dearest Ones consider here that the ESSENCE of your Authentic Self,
your Divine Self is LOVE. We believe you will all agree with this…YES?! Let us expand more into greater clarity
and understanding of the subject of your ESSENCE, your Authentic Self.
And so Dear Ones we invite you to become aware now of this beautiful
Essence of your Authentic Self, feel into this place of LOVE, feel into this place inside of you and just breathe into this
Essence of Love within you for a few moments. Yes, breathe in the Peace, the Beauty, and the Sweetness of this place
within you. Breathe DEEPLY into your beautiful Essence. Open to and receive the Gifts which await you as you move
more deeply with the breath into YOU!
Recognize all actions which do not reflect LOVE are not congruent
with your Authentic Self, therefore become aware that in any given moment should you, the Silent Witness BECOME AWARE of yourself
experiencing anything other than the Essence of Love, is indeed presenting you with an opportunity to PAUSE, to take
a BREATH, and to CHOOSE a new direction, manifesting a new reality free from the old patterns held within the old belief systems
connected to all your many aspects who have lived in duality.
It is in these moments of CONSCIOUS AWARENESS as the “Silent
Observer” you can break the old patterns and break free from the cycle of repetition and lift free into a new reality
in a new dimension based on LOVE. This is manifesting the NEW EARTH here and now for YOU as you become multidimensional
shifting out of duality and into a new reality you have chosen in the new “now reality”.
An easy way to recognize that an “aspect” is presenting
itself for integration is to recognize when you are experiencing an emotion that does not feel congruent with your Sovereign
Self. Recognize you are being presented with an opportunity for you to integrate this aspect in this now moment.
All the many aspects of your entire journey have embodied many different
emotions. You have had lives where you have been very arrogant or proud, or very depressed and lonely, also feelings
of being insecure or insufficient and very angry. We believe you are getting the picture now. Our point here is to bring
into your awareness that anytime you find yourself experiencing any of these various emotional expressions that do not emanate
LOVE is providing you with the opportunity to LOVE AND ACCEPT this aspect of you whether it originated in this lifetime or
another. Welcome them back home into you…back into LOVE from this Authentic place in you. Simply breathe
them in and down through your crown chakra and into the Golden Chalice of the Ascended Heart! You have moved one more
step closer to wholeness as you LOVE and ACCEPT these aspects returning home to you “The Designated Ascendee”
ASCENSION WILL REQUIRE PATIENCE
Dearest Ones we would like to bring into your awareness that this
process of integrating your many aspects will indeed be an ongoing process for a while. However, the more you choose
to step into this place of the Authentic Self and to apply the tools of the Silent Witness and The Power of Breath to create
a “pause” which will support The Power of Conscious Choice, the more quickly you will integrate these beautiful
children returning home from their many, many journeys.
Be patient with the process Dearest Ones, be gentle with yourself.
REMEMBER THE WORDS OF SARINIELA-SANANDA in our earlier messages saying ‘ALL JUDGEMENT WOUNDS”. Let these
words be the Gift you give yourself as you simply OBSERVE on a day when you may experience anger or impatience, or perhaps
feeling hopeless and fatigued, or whatever the day may bring into your daily journey. Pause Dear Ones and Breathe, hold
yourself in compassion and recognize this is NOT THE REAL YOU BUT AN ASPECT ARRIVING TO BE FULLY LOVED AND ACCEPTED
as you open your heart to breathe this one back into the whole within the ESSENCE OF THE LOVE THAT YOU ARE!
BECOMING WHOLE IS SYNONIMOUS WITH THE ASCENDED
SELF
Dearest Ones we recognize the “logic” of this statement,
but what is it that we really mean by this?
Ascension is not only integrating the frequencies of the Higher-Self
or Soul into the human self. It is not just about activating your DNA strands. It is not just about raising your consciousness
into the Crystalline Realms and Christ Consciousness. Ascension is the healing of ALL you have ever been and ALL you
have ever experienced. It is about healing “The Original Wounds of Separation”
All of the above are valid indeed yet there is the larger picture
yet to be fully understood by the masses. The balancing of the masculine and feminine within as well as your perceptions of
the genders in the physical world is still very much in need of healing and balancing. The cycle of judgment of self
and others in any form is still very much in need of healing within the self as well as within mass-consciousness.
The simple cure is the LOVE AND ACCEPTANCE of ALL, beginning within
the Self, for until this is manifested within, for the self, of the self, an individual is not able to perceive, or see
any of this LOVE AND ACCEPTANCE AS MANIFESTED IN THE OUTER WORLD OF FORM.
All your many aspects from this lifetime, or all of your lifetimes,
have embodied belief systems based on their wounding. You, as the Designated Ascendee, if you so choose, is here
on this journey through Ascension to recognize the TRUTH about all the many ILLUSIONS accepted erroneously as truth.
Dearest Ones NOW is the time to AWAKEN TO THE TRUTH THAT ALL THAT
DOES NOT REFLECT LOVE IS AN ILLUSION! BREATHE LOVE INTO THESE ILLUSIONS AND THEY WILL DISOLVE INTO NOTHINGNESS LEAVING
YOU FREE FROM THEIR LIMITATIONS!
LOVE AND ACCEPT ALL NO MATTER HOW IT MAY APPEAR TO YOU.
BREATHE ALL INTO YOUR HEART TO RECEIVE THE RESOLUTIONS WHICH WILL SET YOU FREE FROM ILLUSION.

Have you considered the possibility that the purpose of journeying
through the world of duality and all it’s many illusions of seeming separation hold the potential for you to AWAKEN
WITH THE GREATEST OF CLARITY you could have ever hoped for, to FINALLY REMEMBER THE EXPERIMENT OF DUALITY and the POTENTIAL
held within duality of allowing one to recognize this world is not REAL! And once and for all allow for the healing of THE
