Take a few moments here Beloved Ones and wander down the hall of this beautiful Sanctuary. As you walk down this hallway notice the beauty of design, the colors, and the details of this magical place. This is your private Sanctuary of the Heart and is your personal power place within your own being.

 

As you walk down this hallway you see an especially beautiful door that radiates Great Light. Walk over to this door and there you will notice the doorway has a beautiful carving with the words “Council Chamber” upon it.

 

Walk up to this beautiful door and place your hand on the door handle and open it wide so that you may walk through into this magnificent room. This room is one of the most beautiful rooms you have ever seen and in the middle of the room you see this beautiful conference table with 12 beautifully designed chairs. All the chairs are positioned with their backs facing you except one; this will be your chair today.
 
Walk over to your beautiful conference table and take a seat in the chair facing you. As you sit down, the chair closest to you on the right begins to turn around towards you. There is someone very special there to speak to you today. Make a special point to know who this person is to you. Ask them who are they and why are they here. Ask if they have a message for you.

 

Spend some time here to get to know this person. Ask them as many questions as you like. Know that this beautiful Council Chamber, Conference Table, and the individuals who are seated in each chair are your personal council. Know that each member of this council is here for you.

 

You may stay here and become acquainted with your council members if you like, or you may come back at any time to meet each one of your council members and ask of them anything that you would like to know. They are here for you!

 

As the acceleration continues you may have concerns or curiosities of how to best take action as your world continues to shift and change. Here, you will find the answers that you seek within these council chambers and from your team of council members.
 
We suggest there is much support and wisdom available to you as you make room in your life each day for these Council Chambers within the Sanctuary of Your Heart. This will prove to be one of your most powerful tools as you move forward within this Great Shift In Consciousness.

 

Open your hearts Dear Ones and allow yourselves to expand. This is your unique experience and as you expand into this journey within you, you will discover more of this beautiful Inner Sanctuary of the Heart, you will discover the Gifts awaiting you within your personal Council Chambers and with you personal Council Members. REMEMBER, they are here for you!

A PART OF HUMAN HISTORY WE WISH TO REFRESH

 

Please be patient with us Dear Ones as we digress a bit into the past for a while.
 
We wish to refer to a quotation as it was written in one of your books called the Bible used in Judeo-Christian traditions.

 

This quote is from the book of Genesis, Chapter 1. (Chapter 1 speaks of the days of Lemuria before the days of Atlantis).
 
Verse 26: God spoke and said, Let us make man in our image, after our likeness: And let them have dominion over the fish of the sea, and over the fowl of the air, over the cattle, and over all the earth, and over every creeping thing that creepeth upon the earth.

Verse 27: So God created man in his own image, in the image of God created he him; male and female created he them.
Verse 28: And God blessed them and God said unto them, Be fruitful and multiply and replenish the earth, and subdue it: and have dominion over the fish of the sea, and over the fowl of the air, and over every living thing that moveth upon the earth.

 

As Chapter 2 in the book of Genesis begins, this speaks of the days in Atlantis when man/woman created man/woman a-new, for The Creator gave Man/Woman-God Incarnate, dominion over all of the earth. This is the time that many have come to call “The Fall”, or “The Fall of Man”.

 

 This is the End Times of Atlantis when a choice was made to reduce the DNA from 12 strands to 2 strands reducing the frequency of the human body to the 3rd dimensional realm of existence, therefore veiling the human consciousness of its Divine Identity. And so began the journey of duality.

 

This is why the description of creation in Chapter 2 is so in conflict from the story of creation in Chapter 1 leaving most confused.

 

Much was left out at this point between Chapter 1 and Chapter 2 of this Judeo-Christian book called the Bible. It was out of fear by those who wrote these scriptures that they chose to conceal much of the important information about your True Identity. The consciousness of these spiritual leaders and scribes of the time were filled with so much fear, they believed they needed to control and withhold the full Truth from the masses. This Truth had remained hidden for millennia and is now being revealed by many avenues and messengers of Truth.
 
We are at the End Times of the era of duality and illusion to once again return to the Garden of Eden and the frequency of Love.
 
The man/woman that existed during the days of Lemuria embodied the frequencies of the 5th dimension, or of the Soul. This Great Shift In Consciousness is returning all to this 5th dimension which resonates to the frequency of Love. And so it is that man/woman will once again embody Love, embody the frequency of the Soul Light. This is the reason you are being called the Divine Human, or Human Angel. The ego is indeed integrating the Soul frequencies.

 

We invite you to consciously, verbally speak your invitation to your Soul to be “IN YOU, AS YOU, NOW”, then sit back and watch even greater acceleration.

 

Recognize your True Identity is Divine at all levels of reality!
 
The most important part of this quotation to remember is that man/woman was given DOMINION over all the Earth…..and as being created in the image and likeness of God means man/woman is indeed GOD-INCARNATE. And as Tobias has said many times “YOU ARE GOD ALSO”!
 
REMEMBER TO APPLY WHAT YOU HAVE LEARNED AS "THE MASTER GARDENER" WITHIN "THE GARDEN OF YOUR MIND"

 

Practicing mindfulness during these accelerated times is of utmost importance!
 
Recognize the importance of your thoughts and the words you speak that follow your thoughts for they are powerful indeed in the creation process.
 
Many of you have heard of the “Law of Attraction” as the movie “The Secret” calls this Universal Law of manifestation. This is a most efficient name one can use to describe the energies which manifest form, matter or experience in the 3D world. We can also relate this same energy to the “Universal Law of Cause and Effect” which I’m sure most of you have heard of as well.
 
How this can be seen and understood is to realize that ones thoughts, words and deeds are the “Cause” which generates the “Effect” of that which manifests in your world, and are essentially the results of your “belief systems”.

 

Your frequency is increasing daily. RE-MEMBER…In the beginning, God created with the WORD and it is the WORD, the sound, the light and Vibrational language syllables that will literally re-create us into beings of greater light, capable of holding a physical body form on a New Earth of faster pulsating frequency and vibration.
 
Become aware of your use of the spoken word. Become aware of the emotional charge you place behind your words as well.
 
BECOME AWARE OF YOUR POWER TO CREATE, HERE AND NOW!

WE ALL HAVE A PART to play in the unfolding of the Divine Plan for this Great Shift In Consciousness, just as we have done at other times and in other places in our soul’s past. YOU too can choose to open to do the work that YOU have come to do at this powerful time in our evolution.
 
As most of you know and understand intellectually these Truths, now is the time to fully integrate the understanding of these statements.
 
We know we have mentioned this before, however we wish to repeat this as it is the repetition many times, on many levels of consciousness that allows for the greater integration and understanding of the dynamics of manifestation in the world of form.
 
Recall our words and the words of other teacher who have stated, “All that is in need of healing seeks resolution”, therefore you may find a few remnants of “old issues” surfacing once again. Observe them and give thanks to them as you expand into an even deeper awareness of the Gift that is available in that moment to experience the healing which will provide resolution to the remaining particles of “old belief systems”, or “old tapes” still running in the background of your consciousness.
 
In Gratitude give thanks for the opportunity to CHOOSE a new behavior when these remnants and imprints of limitation are resigned from your consciousness one last time. Empower yourself to choose FREEDOM from the “old movies” which have been running on the “projector” of your life experience.

 

Do not resist these “old movies” when they reappear on the “screen of your life”. Bless them and give thanks for their revelation. Now it is for you to choose to re-write the scripts in each now moment Dearest Ones. It is YOU practicing the art of being the “Master Gardener within the Garden of Your Mind”, and exercising your “Power of Choice” to clear away the old belief systems in each now moment as they surface to seek resolution and healing that will set you free from the veils of illusion. As you choose to empower yourself in each new moment miracles will manifest in the here and now.
 
NOW is the time to be scripting your new life, your new movie.

As Mother Earth goes through some of her contractions in order to expand, as the world around you continues to go through it’s birthing pains, as the structures of the “old world” collapse so that “New Energy” structures can take their place, KNOW that it is your consciousness, your thoughts, your emotions, your belief systems that will manifest your experience on this journey forward into the Great Shift in Consciousness for ALL.

 

We continue to move deeper into the Photon Belt which is a part of the Light Force behind much of the acceleration all are experiencing. It is the increase in this Light Force daily that is manifesting many miracles around the world. Invite these miracles into your world now with the Power of Your Word.

 

As the earth and humanity moves deeper into the Photon Belt these higher frequencies are supporting the acceleration of Soul integration. As this occurs you will begin to notice a change in your brain activity and may experience periods of feeling as though your minds capacity is failing. Fear not, there are new synaptic and neuron pathways within the brain being opened to allow for an upgrade of information and energy to be integrated within the subconscious to be brought into conscious awareness. You are becoming whole-brained.

 

You will soon recover from what appears to be “loosing your mind” to recognizing your brilliance as your brain connects all of these new pathways to full working order. You will experience a reconnection with the cellular memory of soul knowledge, past life knowledge, as well as Soul skills and abilities in a conscious way enabling the use and application of this information.

 

These are exciting times indeed, and can most certainly be called “End Times”. By this we mean it is available for you to choose at this time in the history of your human evolution to choose “The End of Illusion” as you claim your Divine Birthright as a Divine Human awakening to ALL THAT YOU ARE AS YOU RE-MEMBER YOU ARE GOD ALSO! WE INVITE YOU TO MOVE DEEPER INTO THE AWARENESS AND UNDERSTANDING THAT YOU ARE GOD ALSO!

 

BREATHE INTO THIS TRUTHAS YOU OPEN YOUR EYES EACH MORNING, AS YOU STRECH YOUR FEET OUT ONTO THE FLOOR EACH NEW DAY….BREATHE AND SPEAK OUT LOUD THE WORDS, I AM GOD ALSO WITH CONVICTION! AS YOU BELIEVE SO SHALL YOU RECEIVE!

Welcome Dear Friends, Welcome as we gather together in the Light of Love to bring you today’s message.  We do so enjoy our gatherings each month as we cherish the reconnection of Spiritual Family!

 

Welcome Dear Ones and let us open todays message with our breathing exercise to bring all into their center and expand into the Heart.  Enter into the Sanctuary of your hearts Dear Ones and breathe deeply.  Stay with us a moment at the entrance of your Sanctuary, the entrance of your heart center.

 

Let us begin now as you visualize a large circle of Golden Particles of Light above your head. And as you see this beautiful circle of Golden Particles breathe deeply Dearest Ones, breathe in through the crown chakra at the top center area of your head.

 Breathe in deeply 3 times as you practice the Prana Breaths breathing in the beautiful Golden Particles of Light, breathing in this Essence of Love as you breathe down through your crown chakra as you connect with your inner Light within your Pineal Gland, as you connect with your God Cell. Hold the breath for a moment before you release the breath out and down into the heart. 

 

As your heart begins to overflow with these Golden Particles of Light feel them as they flow out into all parts of your body on the out breath. Feel the expansion of the Photon Particles, or Golden Particles of Light filling every cell of your body. Feel the awakened awareness of your Expanded Self, of the Christ-Self as your cells awaken to this ever increasing level of Light filling your whole body. You may choose to breathe in more than 3 times if your senses direct you to continue.

 

We wish to invite you to spend just a few extra minutes with the breath today and focus the breath as you breathe down and through the crown and during these few extra minutes fill your heart to overflowing.  Feel this expansion of Light as it circulates throughout your entire body.

 

We TRUST you are becoming more aware of the power of the breath as we have now established this breathing exercise as our standard opening for each message.

 

Dear Ones have you begun to recognize this breathing exercise is indeed about breathing in the Essence of your very BEING?  You are indeed breathing in the Essence of Love!

 

During the next couple of months especially, staying centered in the Essence of Love will provide you much support through the surges of energy arriving at this time.

 

Using the breath throughout your day will assist you greatly as the energies continue with their acceleration in frequency, for they are indeed shifting daily more and more.

 

Gaia is preparing for her Great Shift and she is making many adjustments in her own frequency.  The entirety of your Solar System is indeed supporting Gaia as well as humanity to lift into the next level to join in harmony with the rest of the Solar System. 

 

All will continue to lift more and more with each new wave of energy arriving from deep within your Solar System.  Expect waves to enter Earths atmosphere as consistently as the waves of your oceans sweep in a rhythmic pattern to the shores of all your lands upon Gaia.

 

During this month of July you have 2 important waves of energy arriving.

 

The first and most important of these energies is 07-07-07.  The second will be 07-17-07.  These energies will reach a balance point delivering a trinity connection of Oneness at the New Moon in August as all will prepare for the Quantum Leap approaching in September.  

 

There are 3 nines occurring during your 9th month.  The energies that are passing through at this time are establishing the completions and accelerations which will launch the energies  forward into the Quantum Leap arriving at the peak of these 9’s on September 18 as Tobias has been sharing with us for sometime now.

 

Pure water and focused breath work will offer you invaluable support as your body continues to shift with each new wave of energy.

 

Music, toning and graceful body movements are highly recommended in addition to the plentiful use of pure water and focused breathing.  Yoga, dance, or simply stretching will support your body as your physical body continues to assimilate your “New Energy Body” within the structure of the old.

 

Those who received your inner tone, or tones in the previous month of May’s opening exercise, use this tone daily to anchor more and more of this frequency into your physical being.  Using this tone while bathing can be most powerful indeed to support greater comfort in your changing bodies.  Your personal tone or tones will assist in the activation of your DNA strands and cellular restructuring.

 

The use of this tone or tones will also support your body in the integration of the waves of new frequencies of light which are arriving daily from the Galactic Center.

 

Warm baths with mineral salts, sea salts or essential oils, or a combination of these items are also valuable support as you continue to clear old energies attached to old outdated belief systems. (Epsom salts is acceptable as well.)

 

Be gentle with yourself as this is a year of great change on all levels.

 

When we use the statement focused breathing, this does not mean you are required to find a place of solitude and meditative quality to practice this focused breath.  What we are suggesting here is that throughout each day when you may possibly find yourself feeling stressed, or fatigued, use the breath consciously to refresh and rebalance your body, mind and spirit.  REMEMBER TO REMEMBER! 

 

The use of focused breath in meditation or daily practice of inner work is of course recommended, however, we wish to make a special note here of the tremendous value of focused breath throughout your daily experience, especially when weary or challenged.

 

All who perceived a color during May’s opening exercise; we suggest that it would be beneficial to find ways to integrate this color, or colors into your daily world.  Find a picture to hang on your wall, or perhaps purchase a shirt or piece of jewelry, or even a piece of fabric that can be used as a table cloth or wall hanging, even some ribbon around a key chain, flower vase or other such items can prove to be uplifting and nurturing to your expanded self.  This color or colors are specific to your soul’s energies.

 

You are holding greater Light with each new day; see yourself expanding into greater and greater Light every morning as you arise.  Express your gratitude for each new day of integrating more and more of the Light That You Are!

IMPORTANT DATES TO REMEMBER FOR THE MONTH OF JULY:  07-07-07 AND 07-17-07

 

Today’s message brings in the importance of this time in your evolution Dear Ones.  This is a choice point Dearest Children of the Light. These are powerful days ahead indeed.  It is a valuable time for all who are still sitting along the side of the fence to decide where they choose to be. 

 

In each moment all have an opportunity to choose the reality in which they live, the “old paradigm of duality” or the “New Paradigm of Love”.

 

 On July 7, 2007 there is a wave of Harmonic Frequencies of Love and Reconnection arriving in your atmosphere.  These energies fundamentally represent the Unity and Oneness of All Creation and are arriving in support of Gaia’s return to her rightful position with the rest of your Solar System as she prepare to lift into Harmony with the other sectors of your Universe.  Gaia is making ready to return to the frequency of Love once again.

 

We now extend an invitation to all who wish to step forward into the New Paradigm of Love to join with the energies of ONENESS AND UNITY IN LOVE that is arriving from your Family of Light throughout your Solar System. This is a time of Reconnection!

 

For those of you who choose to participate in this Grand Expression of Love to participate in this cohesive effort to connect with the Crystalline Core of Mother Earth, you are in that moment making a choice to lift your own consciousness free from the “matrix of mass-consciousness”, as you choose the energies of Love. You are in that moment joining the flow of the Harmonic Frequencies of Reconnection arriving from your Solar System. You are in that moment choosing to free yourself from the “old energy” to claim the “new energy”.

 

Our purpose for this message and invitation to connect with the Crystalline Core of Gaia on this date of 07-07-07 is to support the reawakening of humanities memories of life during the days of Lemuria when all lived in the Light of Love, the frequency of Love.  For as many of you may know all who lived in the land of Lemuria knew that ALL IS LOVE DEAR ONES!  It is time to remember!

 

All who connect with Gaia’s Crystalline Core as she receives the Harmonic Waves of Reconnection will be directly attuned to her central receptor enabling you to powerfully experience these frequencies.

 

We suggest you may want to choose a crystal during your connection with these energies and to carry it with you throughout your day. Anyone who does not have a crystal may also choose a rock, piece of wood, or any item which Gaia has given to your world.  It is valuable to ground the energies of your inner experience.

 

We would like to suggest that it will be optimum to begin your day with a meditation to connect with the Harmonic Shift of Reconnection occurring on this day.  For all those who are unable to open their day with a meditation, find a time that works best for you.

 

As you begin to make your connection, breathe down into your heart and invite in your Soul Essence to join you in Oneness as you choose to Unite your Light with the Crystalline Core of Gaia. 

Breathe down through your crown Dearest Ones, and as you begin to breathe see Golden Particles flowing down through your Pineal Gland and into your heart. As you release on the out breath, see the Golden Particles begin to flow throughout your entire body.

 

 Open your hearts Beloveds as you have never opened your hearts before.  Breathe in deeply as you envision in your inner eye a huge crystalline cluster at the core of the Earth Mother…It is beautiful and TRULY ENORMOUS Dear Ones.

 

Breathe deeply as you allow your heart to expand, expand, and expand!

 

Become aware of the brilliance shinning forth from this massive crystalline formation. RECOGNIZE this brilliance as being the radiance of LOVE.

 

Allow your expanded Heart Light to merge with this Radiant Glow radiating outward from the center of this crystalline formation.

You, Your Soul Essence as One have now merged with the radiant Love shinning forth from this Crystalline Core of Gaia.

 

Your senses become filled with the connection from this Wave of Harmonic Resonance of Love, of Unity, of Oneness, of Reconnection that is pulsating inward from the Solar System. 

 

Your awareness expands once again as your heart expands even more as you sense the beauty of this all encompassing Love as it fills your being. 

 

You have now become aware that you are now in unison with both Gaia and the Solar System as they now radiate the same Resonance of Love, Oneness, and Unity of Reconnection.

 

As you continue to expand into this energy you are now able to perceive a beautiful figure 8 of radiant crystalline colors which has formed from the inward and outward flow of energy being received from the Solar System and returned by Gaia as she opens to receive the new frequencies which support her as she prepares to lift.

 

Open Dear Ones, Open as you blend your Lights into this beautiful weave of Crystalline Light.  You too are becoming crystalline. Open to receive, open to share your Light with ALL THAT IS.  Become aware of the Flower of Life type of pattern that begins to form as the Lights from all in your world and beyond who are participating in this Harmonic Shift/Gift as it arrives on 07-07-07.  Give as you receive Dearest Ones.  Feel the Oneness with Gaia, Unite with the All That Is as it arrives in these beautiful Waves of Love, of Oneness.  Breathe into your heart Dear Ones as you feel your own Light expand and lift.

 

Connect with all the other Souls joining in, connect your Lights with Gaia’s Crystalline Center, connect with the Waves of Love, the Waves of Reconnective Harmonic Light Frequency being gifted to all from your Solar System, from the All That IS.

 

Just breathe this in for awhile Dear Ones, just breathe and open, connect, and expand!  And just Be for a few moments here.

 

Many of you Human Angels are choosing to lift and return to the frequency of Love.  And so the Journey of the 3rd dimension is coming to an end upon Gaia.

 

The Journey through the 3rd dimension has provided humanity the opportunity to heal the “Original Wound of Separation” which occurred during the “First Birth” as all left Home for the 1st time. 

 

The purpose for the veil of illusion was chosen at the end of the Atlantean period to provided the  opportunity to experience the extremes of separation which could only be provided in a world of duality, or opposites, of good and bad, light and dark, female and male. 

 

Living in a society of Love did not heal the Original Wounds of Separation.  Living in a world of vast advancement and knowledge did not heal the Original Wounds of Separation.  And so the journey of duality began. 

 

The DNA strands were reduced from 12 strands to 2 reducing the Light frequency of the human body, dropping humanity into the dense vibrations of forgetfulness and illusion creating the most extreme sense of separation.

 

You are awakening more each day to the Truth that your True Nature, or Divine Essence is Light,  the Light of Love, and so many of you are igniting the DNA strands within your bodies.  You are holding more and more Light each day as you accept the Truth of Your Being.

 

 You have been given the opportunity to experience the best of the best, all which is beautiful in the same arena as you have been given the opportunity to experience all that is dark or vacant of Light/Love.  This arena has given you the opportunity to regain your sense of Divinity in and through the Power of Choice.

 

In the world of duality all have walked through the extremes of the trials and tribulations of seeming separation, all the while there has been a “still small voice” within reminding you that life is not meant to be lived in this manner.  The “still small voice” has been that Essence of who you are, right there within your own being, in your own body; from within the Light that you are that is within your very cells.

 

Through the Power of Conscious Choice you will be provided the opportunity to choose in the “Now Moment”, the choice to deny that anything less than Love is real.  And in that now moment you will also be given the opportunity Beloved Children of the Light to choose to slide the veil aside as you claim your Divinity you will be given the vision to see the Truth Dearest Ones of your own Light.  What will you CHOOSE?

 

You can begin to apply this Power of Conscious Choice in this now moment each day as we lead up toward The Great Shift.  By choosing Love in each now moment, no matter what your experiences are manifesting as separation, CHOOSE LOVE Dear Ones, and you will discover how quickly all will transform before your eyes!

 

There is the opportunity for each Light to heal the Original Wound of Separation and become free from the limitation we each placed upon ourselves as we perceived ourselves as flawed or imperfect, as rejected by the Mother/Father/God Creator.

See beyond illusion Precious Ones!  We are never separate!  Fall in Love with the Perfection of the Love that You Are and you will be healed!

 

Let us go forward now and discuss the energies of July 17, 2007.  There is another Wave of Creation Energy arriving. 

 

We invite you to use this energy to CREATE.  Create on all levels.  Create the world in which you wish to live!

During this time there are many messages desiring to support Gaia during the Great Shift in Consciousness. 

 

We invite you to consider the concept that Gaia is indeed a Master among Masters and has made choices millennia ago to support the 3rd dimensional journey for humanity.  We invite you to consider the concept that Gaia has made another choice at this time to return, to rejoin with the outer expanse of your Solar System once again, and return to her rightful place within the vastness of your Solar System, to return to the frequency which reflects her True Nature.

 

AS A MASTER AMONG MASTERS, Gaia is doing what is needed to balance her own energies.

 

All who wish to support Gaia during this Wave of Creation Energy can best serve Gaia by completing your own journey of healing of that which still confines you behind the veils of illusion and fear.

 

You can best serve Gaia through your own hearts as you envision “The New Earth” as you take your place in the Oneness of All.
 
You can best serve Gaia by expressing to her your DEEPEST LOVE, GRATITUDE AND HONOR FOR ALL SHE HAS PROVIDED TO HUMANITY FROM THE BEGINNING.

 

Anyone who wishes to support Gaia can support her best  by going inward into your heart centers and holding her there in your hearts as a child would hold and cherish their human mother in their hearts.

 

Offer Gaia your sincerest love and gratitude for all she has provided for the human journey since the beginning.  She has nourished you in every way.  Honor Gaia for being your Earth Mother and providing for you in every way!

 

Breathe down into your hearts as you hold her Essence in your hearts….Just breathe with her and unite in the Love that WE ALL ARE.   This is the highest honor all can bestow on Mother Earth!

All those who choose to connect with this SURGE OF CREATION ENERGY that is arriving on July 17 have the opportunity to support Gaia, your Solar System, and the manifestation of The New Earth Energies, and all individual visions of their New Earth reality during this Wave of Light.

Welcome Dearest Ones, A grand and glorious Welcome to you All!

 

We have a couple of announcements to share with all of you as we open this month’s message.

 

We would like to share with each of you what we have shared with Wenjel recently and formally announce the presence of one who has been here all along and who is playing a much larger roll than in the past.  It is our honor to present to everyone Anjuriel another member of the Order of the Arch who is closely aligned with the energies of Sariniela and Dakon. 

 

We have one more Light that will be joining us in the near future. This One we shall call Nephurius who is a much larger Light than those of us who are present in this now moment.  It will take Wenjel a while to become accustomed to this Ones frequencies and allow for her body to adjust as well.

 

 

Focus now Dearest Ones as we consciously choose to bring all into their inner center as all expand into their Heart.  Enter into the Sanctuary of your hearts Dear Ones and breathe deeply. 

 

Let us begin now as you visualize a large circle of Golden Particles of Light above your head. And as you see this beautiful circle of Golden Particles breathe deeply Dearest Ones, breathe in through the crown chakra at the top center area of your head.

 

 Breathe in deeply 3 times as you practice the Prana Breaths breathing in the beautiful Golden Particles of Light, breathing in this Essence of Love as you breathe down through your crown chakra as you connect with your inner Light within your Pineal Gland, as you connect with your God Cell. Hold the breath for a moment before you release the breath out and down into the heart. 

 

As your heart begins to overflow with these Golden Particles of Light feel them as they flow out into all parts of your body on the out breath. Feel the expansion of the Photon Particles, or Golden Particles of Light filling every cell of your body. Feel the awakened awareness of your Expanded Self, of the Christ-Self as your cells awaken to this ever increasing level of Light filling your whole body. You may choose to breathe in more than 3 times if your senses direct you to continue.

 

We wish to invite you to spend just a few extra minutes with the breath today and focus the breath as you breathe down and through the crown and during these few extra minutes fill your heart to overflowing.  Feel this expansion of Light as it circulates throughout your entire body.

 

Re-connect now with the power of the breath.

 

Dear Ones have you begun to recognize this breathing exercise is indeed about breathing in the Essence of your very BEING?  You are indeed breathing in the Essence of Love!

 

During the next couple of months especially, staying centered in the Essence of Love will provide you much support through the surges of energy arriving at this time.

Using the breath throughout your day will assist you greatly as the energies continue with their acceleration in frequency, for they are indeed shifting daily more and more.

 

As you will recall from last month’s message there are 3 nines occurring during your 9th month.  The energies that are passing through at this time are establishing the completions and accelerations which will launch the energies  forward into the Quantum Leap arriving at the peak of these 9’s on September 18 as Tobias has been sharing with us for sometime now.

 

Pure water and focused breath work will offer you invaluable support as your body continues to shift with each new wave of energy.

 

 

Music, toning and graceful body movements are highly recommended in addition to the plentiful use of pure water and focused breathing.  Yoga, dance, or simply stretching will support your body as your physical body continues to assimilate your “New Energy Body” within the structure of the old.

 

Those who received or experienced your inner tone, or tones in May’s opening exercise, use this tone daily to anchor more and more of this frequency into your physical being.  Using this tone while bathing can be most powerful indeed to support greater comfort in your changing bodies.  Your personal tone or tones will assist in the activation of your DNA strands and cellular restructuring.

 

The use of this tone or tones will also support your body in the integration of the waves of new frequencies of light which are arriving daily from the Galactic Center.

 

Warm baths with mineral salts, sea salts or essential oils, or a combination of these items are also valuable support as you continue to clear old energies attached to old outdated belief systems. (Epsom salts is acceptable as well.)

 

 

Remember to be gentle with yourself as this is a year of continuous and great change on all levels.

 

When we use the statement focused breathing, this does not mean you are required to find a place of solitude and meditative quality to practice this focused breath.

 

 What we are suggesting here is that throughout each day when you may possibly find yourself feeling stressed, or fatigued, use the breath consciously to refresh and rebalance your body, mind and spirit.  REMEMBER TO REMEMBER! 

 

The use of focused breath in meditation or daily practice of inner work is of course recommended, however, we wish to make a special note here of the tremendous value of focused breath throughout your daily experience, especially when weary or challenged.  Breathe out your attachment to the challenge and you will find it vanishing before your eyes.

 

All who perceived a color during May’s opening exercise; we suggest that it would be beneficial to find ways to integrate this color, or colors into your daily world.  Find a picture to hang on your wall, or perhaps purchase a shirt or piece of jewelry, or even a piece of fabric that can be used as a table cloth or wall hanging, even some ribbon around a key chain, flower vase or other such items can prove to be uplifting and nurturing to your expanded self.  This color or colors are specific to your soul’s energies.

 

You are holding greater Light with each new day; see yourself expanding into greater and greater Light every morning as you arise.  Express your gratitude for each new day of integrating more and more of the Light That You Are!

Very well then, let us continue with today’s message.

 

AS ABOVE SO BELOW -THE MULTI-DIMENSIONAL SELF

 

Welcome back Dear Ones!  Do you not feel refreshed and energized, yet peaceful and filled with Joy!
Yes, Yes, wonderful my friends and so is the power of the breath!  It is pure nourishment!

 

We suggest that each day begin with the highest form of nourishment, for as you breathe you are breathing in the Breath of Life, the very Light that is Life, that is Love, that is ALL That Is!

 

The breath powerfully expands you into your multi-dimensional self.

 

This month of August is the 8th month and is represented by the Infinity Symbol, the As Above So Below of who you are.  (The 8th month holds the energy of the Infinity Symbol representing the journey between worlds)

 

During August of this year especially it is so very appropriate for all to recognize that you are indeed functioning in multiple levels all at the same time.

 

During each year this month of the number 8 is spent moving between the various levels or dimensions of consciousness and this is even more appropriate than ever this year.  You are all preparing for the Quantum Leap which is arriving in September, the month of completion.  

 

Each of you has moved through so many shifts and changes on so many levels.  So much has shown up in your worlds for healing and resolution.  Know that all the work that has been experienced this year has indeed been about “lightening up”.   Are you ready to shift into the next level?  Are you ready to say YES to this Quantum Leap in Consciousness arriving for all who choose this?

 

Use the breath each morning to breathe in ALL of the aspects of your being on all the many levels of reality.  Use the breath each morning to begin your day as your expanded self before even stretching your feet out upon the floor.  Observe how by opening each day in this manner you have established a higher-deeper connection with “the flow of life” itself.

 

Observe how much more conscious and aware you are as you discover each experience throughout your day is to be played out from a higher view. Notice how much more in the moment you choose from this place of a higher view and conscious awareness.  You are discovering the flow within your multi-dimensional self.

 

Recognize it is from this place of the expanded self that you are set free to create more of all you desire to experience.

 

As you flow through each day moving back and forth from the 3D self to the multi-dimensional self, REMEMBER you can shift at any moment with a choice and a breath.  Should you find yourself in the 3 D mode and practicing “old habits”, simply pause and take a deep breath and choose to move into that expanded multi-dimensional self.

 

In the old habits of the 3D mode you humans have used “control” to function in your worlds to simulate safety or a sense of comfort and security.  This use of “control” in your “Old Energy” ways has indeed actually trapped you and restricted you from your true source of power.

 

“Control” is based on fear Dear Ones.  The need to “control” is incredibly deeply rooted in the human psyche and belief systems.  The “need for control” is a function of the mind, and it is the mind where fear is based.   The mind will weave many a maze for you so as to maintain control, and maintain the illusion of safety, all the while cutting you off from your True Self, Your True Essence and leaving you powerless against the maze of mental confusions.

 

This Dearest Ones is the purpose and intention for us mentioning over and over the value and importance of learning to live within your “Heart Center” and to practice the Art of the “Quiet Observer”.

 

As you choose to remain in your hearts Dear Ones you will begin to discover the power of choosing from the heart is indeed the “Power to Command your Reality”!

 

Do not mistake or misunderstand the use of the words “Power to Command”, for the “Power to Command” is set into motion through the Light of Love!  It is your Soul Light which ignites the “Power to Command” your reality.

 

 All actions from this Light as directed through the “Power to Command” are emanating the Light of Love, are motivated through the Light of Love and manifested as the Light of Love, therefore are expressing the nature of the Highest Order and State of Being.

 

And so Dearest Ones we invite you to ponder these words and the essence held therein. 

 

We invite you now to experience an exercise of closing your eyes Dearest Ones and as you still yourself for just a moment.  Take a deep breath and be still,  and go into your heart center Dear Ones.  

 

Now we would like you to speak aloud the word CONTROL.  Take a moment here and just feel this word Dear Ones.  Truly experience the feelings in your body as you spoke this word CONTROL.

 

Not so comfortable is it My Friends!

 

So… now we invite you once again to close you eyes and still yourself for a moment. Take a deep breath and just be still as you go into your center once again Dear Ones.

 

Now we would like you to speak aloud the word COMMAND.  Take a moment here and just feel this word Dear Ones.  Truly experience the feelings in your body as you spoke this word COMMAND!

 

I shall not tell you how this was to feel, for I already know the answer.  It is for you to discover this Truth for yourself!

 

This exercise was to establish a "knowing" and connection with the essence of the feeling of living from your heart Dear Ones and of being empowered by the Light of Love and to re-ignite your inner senses of “your own knowing”.

 

It is from this more expanded expression of your True Essence and the awareness of making choices executed through the “Power of Command” which is based in the Light of Love that all actions are experienced by all as Love. 

 

As a disclaimer so to speak here, do not expect all who you interact with to perceive your actions as based in love at all times, for as you may know many are still living in the state of fear which is so often expressed as the need to control, which is most often experienced as being in a “state of need”.

 

Let us remind you however that as you act from the expression of “Command” in each choice you make recognizing that all those you encounter may not recognize the choice you have made based on love may simply be a choice you have made not to “enable” this person, or these people to further remain “in control” of your reality and to constrict their own reality in doing so.

 

We invite you all to remember to step out of your mind and breathe into your hearts as you begin each day.

 

Let there be no confusion Dear Ones as we suggest the wisdom of leaving behind the habits of functioning from the mind.  As we recommend this new way of being we wish to expand your understanding of the term “Heart-Mind”.  The Heart-Mind is the function of the “Higher Mind”.

 

The physical connection to The Higher Mind resides within the 3 fold flame of the heart, or the 3 chambers of the heart center.

 

Learning to Trust “the knowing” that can only come from the Heart-Mind will move you into the flow of life that leads you into the synchronicities that fulfill all you have ever yearned for within.

 

 We invite you to surrender the old habits of the human need to control so that your Soul or Multi-Dimensional Self may command the Light of Love along your path each moment, one breath at a time.  And should you find yourself taking a step backward on your path, simply stop and take a deep breath and recognize you forgot for a moment that you no longer need to control and just breathe in your Souls Light and continue on as you expand into your heart a little more with each breath.

 

Remember this month of August will continue to provide many opportunities to choose multi-dimensional experiences or 3D experiences, and so you will have many opportunities to choose your reality. 

 

Practice often the “Power of Command” in your daily experience for this will prepare you for the “New Energy” arriving on the Quantum Leap and each day that follows into the future. 

We invite you to step into the energies of Trusting the Wisdom of The Heart!  Living from the heart is “The Key” to unlocking every door!

 

Recognize Dearest Ones that as a Being whose Essence is the Light of Love you live in a state of being fully Sufficient Unto Yourself, and that your very nature is that of a Limitless Being!  YES, this is who you REALLY ARE!  LOVE IS SUFFICIENT UNTO LOVE AND LIMITLESS IN NATURE!

 

 

And so it is that we move to the discussion of Self-Love.  What does Self-Love or Love of Self really mean?  A word we would like to use to express a small portion of Self-Love is to “VALUE” the self.  One more word is to “CHERISH” the self.

 

We would like to take a moment here My Friends to close your eyes for a moment once again.  And as you do this we would like you to see in your minds eye a beautiful little infant.  This little baby is so beautiful, so filled with Light, SO PRECIOUS!  

 

Pause here for a moment to close your eyes and experience the beauty of this precious child.  Feel the Light of this child.

 

Do you not cherish this precious little child!   Yes!  It is Divine is it not!

 

Now we invite you once more to just feel for a moment the Love that is radiating from within this beautiful child! Go a little deeper into your heart center. And as you connect with this child once again we ask you to see yourself holding this child in your arms and to just be with this child for a moment.  Savor this feeling for a moment Dear Ones. Fill yourself with the essence and the purity of this Light so filled with Love shinning forth from this beautiful child!

 

And now Dearest Ones we invite you to see this precious child transform now, and as the beautiful child transforms, see now the transformation complete as you picture the image of this child as YOU!   YES, this child is indeed the essence of YOU, the child of the God Creator whose nature is Pure Love…And as the child of the God Creator whose nature is Pure Divine Love, so is your True Essence that of Pure Divine Love!

 

Just be with this experience for a moment as you connect with The Gift which is you, so Precious, so Priceless is your beauty!

 

To truly step fully into your Expanded Self all must “fall in love with the Self”.  Cherish yourself as you would cherish this beautiful child, for YOU ARE A CHILD OF GOD!

 

It is now the time in your evolution Dear Ones to surrender, discard, and throw away any former versions of Self-Identity you may have held within your psyche or mind, for these old images hold no Truth!  The old images are based on misinformation, misperceptions, limitation and fear which are held within the mind of the physical journey which is based on illusion.

 

Any and all judgment of the self or another places you once again within the shackles of the mind and activates the energies of resistance and limitation which block the flow of Light within your world, which are once again a state of mind.

 

And so Dear Ones you now have 1 more “good reason”  to appease the mind …that you no longer need to spend any time positioned in your mind, and to always choose your stance and position as being based solely in your hearts Dear Ones.  (Did you enjoy the humor my friends… “good reason” …lol)

 

 On a more intentional note here we invite you to recognize how living from The Heart Center supports your Multidimensional Self and empowers and mobilizes the “Power of Command” in your worlds.

 

Use the position of the “Quiet Observer” in your world to choose in each now moment to align your self with a breath and to then step into your Multidimensional Reality within the Light of Love as your Multidimensional Self, The All That You ARE!

 

Let Love Be The Key Which Commands Your World, for it is Only Love Which Can Command and Direct You Into The Flow of ALL Life!

 

We Deeply Honor, Love and Cherish each and every one of you who have chosen the journey here on Gaia during this Great Shift in Consciousness!

 

And so it is Dearest Ones that we come to a close for this month’s message.

 

We hold each of you in the Highest Light of Love as we send you all Blessings of Ever Expanding Joy and Enlightenment!
