Office Services for Members:
Stamps and Envelopes: Stamps of various amounts (for postcards, overseas, etc...) and letter size and extra large envelopes are sold at cost.
Outgoing Mailbox: The mail carrier picks up mail when the Co-op mail is dropped off, usually between 11:00 am and 1:00 pm. The outgoing mailbox is on the wall in the office.
Messages: The office will take messages for you and put them in your wooden box. But please don't abuse this service! If the office gets a lot of calls for you, they may stop providing this service for you.
Keys: The office folk can unlock your door for you if you are locked out. After office hours, check the resource list on the window. If you have reason to believe that your room is not secure, the office will arrange to changeyour lock and key.
