Portugal is a very pleasant country for cycling. This was a two-week trip of 380 miles. We did not put our bikes on any public transportation in Portugal other than a ferry.

Spent several hours in walled city of Obidos. Sao Martinho is a pleasant port, but the water at the beach was brown. Have seen 23 other cyclo-tourists thus far.
