TOCEN

Thanks for stopping by the Teachers of Color Empowerment Network (TOCEN). This site has been designed to provide teachers of color with a tool for networking with one another. Its mission: to create a nationwide link between teachers of color so they might become even stronger forces in the education of students of color.

TOCEN has just been improved, with access to more information, but it still needs your help to flourish. Become a registered member and join a collective of educators across the country as we share ideas and discuss issues we face as educators and how we impact the lives of our students. Communicate with like minded individuals through the TOCEN Community Arena. There you can enter into discussions, make announcements, and now chat with TOCEN members and visitors. Our membership mailing list is also still in tact. Help to develop the Students of Color Empowerment Tool (SOCkET), one more way we can help students of color in the learning process.
