Remodel to an existing floor plate on the 4th floor of a high-rise building for Imperial Entertainment Group. The design is based on an ellipticle lobby space surrounded by glazing and a theatrical ceiling surface. The open office furniture was relocated to maximize worker privacy while providing an uniterupted open views from the lobby into the work space.
