A. DATE AND LOCATION: Friday September 9th thru Monday September 12th 2011 Nashville, TN

B. HOTEL: Holiday Inn Opryland/Airport, Nashville, TN 37214. The Hotel provides a complimentary shuttle

 that runs daily from 5 am to 11 pm. It runs every 20 minutes between the hours of 5:00 am and 10:00 am. After that it is on call until 11:00 pm. Use the Holiday Inn Airport Phone in the baggage area to call and you will be picked up.

C. RESERVATIONS: Make your reservations before Friday August 9th Aug 2011, the cut off date. A block of rooms will be held until that time. Room rates are $99.00 Per Day + tax. This rate includes a continental breakfast to be served in the hospitality room on Saturday thru Tuesday between 7 and 9 AM. To make reservations call 1-(866) 871-1171. Say you are with the Tulln Air Base Austria Reunion to get this rate. Check in 3:00 PM, Check out 12:00 Noon.

D. REGISTRATION FEE: $60.00 per person due by 20 August 2011. Make check payable to “Tulln Reunion” and send to Horace Ray. This fee covers dinner, supplies, postage, refreshments, printing and a copy of the roster. Dinner is Monday night the 12th of September at the hotel. Dress: Casual or whatever you feel comfortable with.

E. MEMORABILIA: Bring your photo albums and other Tulln memorabilia. There will be a suitable place to display them.

J. ENTERTAINMENT:  Richard has set up two options for entertainment. You may choose one or both. OPTION #1 General Jackson Luncheon Cruise-Saturday 10 September 2011. This is a 2 ˝ hour afternoon cruise and includes a family style lunch and live entertainment The bus will pick us up at the hotel at 10:30 am and return after the cruise at 2:30 pm. The cost is $68.00 per person including tax & transportation.

OPTION #2 Nashville Nightlife Dinner Theater-Sunday 11 September 2011. This is the Theater that we attended in 2009. A music show will be presented on stage with a surprise guest star and a buffet dinner will be provided before the show. The bus will pick us up at the hotel at 5:00 pm and will return at 8:30 pm after the show. The cost is $49.00 per person including tax & transportation.
