Notes Re Parts Orders And Design/Manufacture Changes

 

The following data has been gathered partly from Kel-Tec and partly from the old hands (the "Kultists") of the Kel_Tec Owners Group. No guarantees here, but we think the data is accurate. Let there be no doubt, however, that it is incomplete.
Section I: Following are some of the changes made in the production life of Kel-Tec products which affect the ordering of spare parts.  See also Section III.

A) P-11:
Part # P11-110 Assembly Pin: 

new style (off-center T): S/N over approx 55000

  old style (centered T): S/N under approx 55000

Part # P11-180 Extractor: 

 new style: S/N over 57000

old or new: S/N 56000 to 57000

 old style: S/N under 56000

B) P-32:

Section II: Note also that certain parts require the specification of the desired finish (blued, SS/hc, parkerized) when ordering. Among these are:

Section III: Following are changes we believe to have been made in the manufacture of the noted Kel-Tec products. These are in addition to those implied by Section I.
