During my last undergraduate quarter (as a history major), I wandered over to the UCR Theatre Department and got myself cast as Judge Hathorne in "The Crucible" by Arthur Miller, thus ending a long hiatus from all things Theatre. Now I'm working on an MFA in playwriting at UCR. I've also played guitar, bass and (arguably) drums and home-recorded stuff for years, mostly folk and electric blues inspired originals, with occasional bad Beatles and laughable Led Zeppelin covers. (With the odd Tango or Calypso thrown in for good measure.) My guitar playing is pretty solid when I practice a lot, which these days means that it rarely is.
