We're trying to come up with the funds to take Jack to a special 2-week long intensive Physical Therapy program in Michigan.
After his extensive illness last October, Jack's had a hard time getting back on track physically. His doctor suggested Euro-Peds,
and Ohio Medicaid won't cover the $6000 fee for him to attend. We need your help!
Euro-Peds has a program that allows you to donate in a specific kid's name...called Adopt a Euro-Kid. You can contact
them to make a donation in Jack's name, or contact us if you prefer. The email address for the Adopt a Euro-kid Foundation
is available through the link to the right on this page, and so is their phone number. The people there will be glad to tell
you how to make a donation in the name of Jackson Vaile.
Jack's a great kid. He deserves all the help he can get to make his way in the world.
