Tokiwa Low was a restaurant in East San Pedro (Furusato
) until they cleared everyone out at the start of WWII. And the two pictures are of the memorial to the town on Terminal Island.
Notice on the small paper
map that Los Angeles, while giving Furusato its independence, held onto all the docks and most of the harbor facilities that surround it. Even Fish Harbor, source of most of Furusato's employment! Bastards!
It's implied by the lack of changes to Terminal Island that shipping through San Pedro Harbor is at least an order of magnitude lower on Pasadena-D's world than here, since here the island's about doubled in size with containerized ship facilities...
