RESPECT:      One of the most famous of benefits of martial arts training is to learn respect.  Respect of those with greater knowledge and experience.  Respect of elders.  Respect of individuals.  The martial arts lead to greater self-respect in the student.  Self-respect is the basic stepping stone for respect for all other living things.

SOCIAL SKILLS:  People who participate in the martial arts will have positive interaction with others.  The martial arts environment is one that promotes the spirit of camaraderie.  Students in the martial arts are taught to get along with others, to respect others and never to be abusive or offensive.  Martial arts training builds character in the student.  Self-confidence and enthusiasm for you own life is gained.  A new attitude is born.
