Greetings:

I am writing to each member of the General Assembly-irrespective of their District or political party-to respectfully advise that you have a legal obligation under Va. Code §§ 18.2-482, to confirm that law enforcement will protect me as a victims by investigating/prosecuting the violations of Va. Code §§ 18.2-481(5), and, 499 (See, criminal complaints filed with the local offices and FBI/AUSA in Virginia ( CITIZENS CRIMINAL COMPLAINT FOR TREASON AND MISPRISION OF A FELONY; and http://home.earthlink.net/~malfeasance) (end note 1).  I write to each of you based on my oath taken more than 45 years as a Nam Vet and former White House appointee-to protect the Constitution from all enemies "foreign and domestic."

As explained previously regarding the targeting of me in retaliation for seeking an investigation of the criminal obstruction of my statutory rights as a father and Virginia civil litigator (see, http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VAkEfjcA5sQ), there is a conspiracy by government attorneys and the legal profession and judges in Virginia to deprive citizens of the right to access to an impartial court and civil jury trial to litigate against malfeasance (See, http://www.liamsdad.org/others/isidoro.shtml; and, http://home.earthlink.net/~isidoror).

Query, if I with over 35 years of federal trail/appellate civil litigation experience can be targeted by the government and deprived of the right to access to an impartial court and civil jury trial to litigate against malfeasance--what is either an inexperience attorney or a layman father to do to secure their statutory rights?

We as a Republic and Commonwealth can not long survive the unbridled tyranny of government attorneys and a judiciary that have surreally placed themselves above and beyond the law. You have a duty to recall the sorry behavior of German judges, lawyers, and law schools use of cronyism to aid Hitler and the NAZI’s to power, because the evidence confirms that, "[b]y the time the gas vans came and the human slaughter factories were built in Auschwitz and the other death camps, the murder of the six million Jews and other persecuted minorities was done completely within the framework of German law." In closing, I note that you can provide immediate public exposure to the above issue and assure access to impartial judicial review of malfeasance by confirming that the Attorney General of the Commonwealth of Virginia will file by September 25, 2009, a response in support of the consideration of the pending petition for certiorari.(endnote 2)
