"Easy, bro, you OK?" Hunter asks as I try to sit up, but I'm still dazed from ejecting.
"Yeah, I think so," I say, accepting Hunter's hand up. I'm up, and he uses the excuse to pull me into a hug. I hug back, leaning against him in relief. "I thought we were gonners for a minute there."
"At least we would've have together," Hunter says, looking into the distance. "The zords got thrashed."
"Cam's gonna kill us."
We exchange glances and streak towards Ops. The rest of the team must be frantic. We'd better let them know we're OK.
