The following album was released independantly and has historically only been available from ebay or Tommy's Official Site. Your mileage may vary. Apparently, Pony Canyon opted not to release it or went broke, and Tommy's selling it on the 'net through his brother. At least as of last week, when I bought it, I haven't had time to check since. (This information is now confirmed as I have the CD.)

Who's this L. Russell Brown guy?

The co-writer Tommy's record company, Sire/Warner Brothers, set him up with. He's written such songs as "Tie a Yellow Ribbon on the Old Oak Tree" (yeah, it's his fault,) and "Knock Three Times". And, oh, yeah, the "L" stands for Larry.
