We are the 3 hosts of a weekly traditional Irish music session at The Fastnet Pub in Newport, Rhode Island. The session takes place every Sunday, year-round from approximately 5 to 8 PM. Most weeks the session goes past 8 PM. Summer hours are 6-9 PM.

Jack Wright plays the accordion, fiddle, and whistle. Tony Gutierrez plays the fiddle. Tim May plays the guitar, banjo, and mandolin. All three musicians also sing. A number of other musicians frequently sit in, playing various flutes and whistles, uillean pipes, fiddles, bodhrans, and other instruments. Many fine singers have joined us as well, adding to the variety of the music. Dancers are always welcome and have delighted the crowd on many occasions. Contact us here.

(Do you recognize "Fiddler's Green"? It's one of my favorites.)
