Board meets monthly at 7:00 p.m.,Unitarian Church, 3710 Eastern Avenue, Davenport, Iowa. Members and interested persons are welcome to attend.
 

Board member, Caryl Eickstraedt, has volunteered to set up an ACLU-QCC table at the Moline, Illinois Library.

 



The Education Committee is planning a three-part series on: Synagogue & State, Church & State, and Mosque & State. Speakers representing Judaism, Christianity, and Islam will relate their religion's tenets to the First Amendment's establishment and free exercise clauses. The dates are: Judaism - September 22, Christianity - October 6, and Islam - October 23. All will be at the Bettendorf Public Library, 7:00-8:45 p.m., without charge, and open to the public.
