Mark 2:1-12

  (1) And AGAIN He entered… 

He was there before… there was a time… when He visited them… they felt His presence before… they experienced his miracles…

            It was at Capernaum…

            1.      Matt. 17:24  -  Taxes were gathered from a fishes mouth

2.      Mark 3:1-6  -  Man with the withered hand was healed

3.      Luke 7:2     -  Centurion’s Servant was healed

4.      John 4:46-53  -  The Nobleman’s son was healed

5.      John 6:17-25  -  Jesus comes to them walking on water

6.      John 6:59  -  Jesus taught in the Synagogue

7.      Matt. 11:23 & Luke 10:15  -  Jesus prophesied to Capernaum, that it would not be exalted to heaven… but brought down to Hades.

There was a time He was in this place… and great things happened… yet the bible says… AGAIN He entered…  what happened that He felt it was necessary for him to visit them again…  

Can you remember a time when He visited you… provided for you… healed you… taught you something new and fresh as you attended the house of God… YET NOW… HIS ABSENCE CAN BE FELT… YOUR IN NEED OF ANOTHER VISIT… HIS ABSENCE HAS DEVELOPED A HUNGER…!

            -         I once felt His presence

-         I once was healed

-         I once heard his voice… felt his call

-         I once felt so close to Him…

-         But, I’ve been so busy… I have forgotten what it was like…

-         Oh… I need Him… I need another visit from the master

-         Oh… I just got to see Him again… I’ve just got to get to Him…

David the Psalmist said… “…My soul thirst for thee… and my flesh longeth for thee, in a dry and weary land where there is no water…

What God has done once… he can do AGAIN… BUT ARE YOU HUNGRY

GOD WANTED TO VISIT CAPERNAUM AGAIN…

GOD… WANTS TO VISIT YOU AGAIN…

GOD… WANTS TO BRING REVIVAL AGAIN…

GOD WANTS TO MANIFAST HIMSELF  AGAIN!

2.  (1) AGAIN He entered…  into Capernaum after some days; and it 

      was NOISED that He was in the house. 

     (2)       And straightway many were gathered together, insomuch that

 they was no room to receive them, no , not so much as about the door:  and He preached the word unto them.

When it was HEARD… when word got around…  that Jesus was in the House…  they came from everywhere… IMEADATELY!

People did not have to be persuaded… begged… or even fed… they wanted to be there… they immediately wanted to be there… it became a priority…

People KNEW… were Jesus was… things were happening…

When Jesus arrived in Capernaum, he turned the city upside down!

            Whatever you enter today…

            Whatever you belong to…

            Whatever you participate in…

            Whatever you are in…

            Your presence ought to be felt…

If you are on the usher board, every other usher should be blessed because you are on that board.

If you are on the job, your boss, your co-worker’s, your customers and clients, your vendors and suppliers, your employees…  Everybody with whom you do business ought to be BLESSED… because of you.

Your presence ought to provoke change!

WHENEVER GOD IS PRESENT, CHANGE HAPPENS…

                        THINGS GROW…

PEOPLES ATTITUDES ARE ALTERED…

SITUATIONS TURN AROUND…

There is No Way… you can be filled with God’s presence and your circumstances continue to be overwhelming.  He is a God changes the impossible... Praise His Name!
