Comet C/2006 A1 (Pojmanski), as photographed from Queens, New York
on the morning of March 8, 2006 with a Canon SD550, a 10-second exposure
at ISO 200. For New York City, the sky was unusually dark.



Comet C/2006 A1 (Pojmanski), as photographed from Ivoryton, Connecticut
on the morning of March 11, 2006 with a Canon 300D Digital Rebel, a
3-second exposure at ISO 3200. The comet is the green spot in the lower left corner.
The four brightest stars to the right that form a diamond are the head of
Delphinus, the Dolphin. The streak is probably a satellite trail.
