Hello Friends, and welcome to OK Commuter's online home!

For those of you new to the OK Experience, I'll provide a little background:

OKC is a gay punk personal zine that I write on the train during the four-hour round-trip commute to my sellout job and (hopefully) back. I write mostly about myself and the world around me from the perspective of a queerpunk corporate lackey. No punches are pulled, no holds are barred, and no feelings are spared (especially mine). Most of all, no self-censorship is allowed; everything that spills out onto the page ends up in OKC, no matter how lame, scandalous, embarrassing or petty.

In short, OKC is me. There have been four issues so far, and Issue 5 is expected in October 2002. This website provides some highlights (and lowlights) from all five issues, as well as some special features not available in the paper editions.

And if you're still not quite sure what all this entails, feel free to probe further ('cause I do love a good probing) and click on the above links, which include my introductions to the first issues as well as a review I wrote about my own zine (how clever!). There you will get a better sense of my intent.
