small fairyHere is a link to a report on forced drugging.

This report examines the prejudiced and heart-breaking cruelty of what happens when people try to exercise their "legal" right to refuse drugs.  In the U.S. many of us think that if the law says you have a right to something, especially if it is a "constitutional" right, nobody can take it away from you.

However, like most rights in the U.S., the law itself creates ways for the government to take your rights away.  You can email comments to me at tminkowitz at, substituting the symbol "@" for "at".

NB:  this law applies to forced electroshock and other physical psychiatric or medical intrusions against people who are involuntarily committed to psychiatric institutions, as well.
