Artisan's Statement

I once read about an artisan whose goal was to produce a body of work such that viewers would never guess all the items had been produced by the same person. I aspire to that same goal.

I make the things I make because they appeal to me - both in materials/media and technique. Constant investigation of new media and techniques satisfies the easily bored part of me but will never yield a body of work that appears to come from the same place. To quote an old song: "I like it like that!"
