1 carton of fresh strawberries
2 to 3 cups of buttermilk
Sugar to taste
Place the strawberries into the blender then add 2 to 3 Cups of buttermilk.
Blend until well mixed.
Add sugar to taste. You want it
to be on the tart side and not too sweet.
Serve in demitasse cups with a small cracker on the saucer. You can garnish with a sprig of fresh mint.
I have served this soup for birthday parties and luncheons; it’s always
a hit.
