America: Get a Frickin' Clue!
So it seems that the investigation into the response to hurricane Katrina discovered that George W. Bush's administration blew it big time. Of course, I am not surprised that an administration filled with clueless and unqualified political appointees assigned to critical and sensitive positions does not respond well to crises.
It might be worth reminding everyone at this point that the September 11th attacks on New York and Washington, DC also happened during this administration. Although all the administration's propaganda is spent reminding Americans that there have been no further attacks, it still remains a fact that the biggest terrorist strike by foreign agents on American soil happened during the Bush presidency. And the reports on that incident also pointed up critical mistakes made by administration officials.
And of course, let us not forget that America unjustly invaded a sovereign nation (Iraq) and killed thousands of innocent citizens (also known as "accceptable losses") based on intelligence data that was so completely wrong that a reasonably intelligent person would have to wonder aloud whether anyone in the American intelligence community is competent.
Just how many times does the Bush administration have to drop the ball before people begin to question whether there is a single Republican in Washington , DC who really knows how to run a country?
