Manuscripts should be sent to  ticopublishing@earthlink.net in a .DOC a .PDF or a .TXT file attached to an e-mail There are no exceptions to this policy. If you cannot provide one of these formats, see below on how to convert your file type into a PDF online.  Manuscripts must be double spaced, in 12-point or larger type.  All pages must be numbered with the name of your story at the top of each page.  You name and complete contact information should appear in the body of your e-mail and on the first page of your manuscript.

We READ and comment on all submissions. We are first (and foremost) looking for well-written, marketable manuscripts. 

We are accepting only fiction submissions. We accept only COMPLETED manuscripts as we'll have to read your whole work before making a decision. We feel, while major houses just read a synopsis or query to make a decision, that by reading the entire manuscript, we give your manuscript all the attention and chance for publication that we can. Your work deserves to be taken in and considered in whole, not just in a small piece. (Think of Picasso trying to sell his paintings by only showing the bottom left corner to a potential buyer.) 

We have a team of professional reviewers who will read and critique your manuscript. If they like it well enough, your manuscript may go to a 2nd review phase where it's read by an Editor for possible publication.
